I saw an ad on Facebook saying i could get 20 euromillions numbers for just £2. Sounds great I thought. So I purchased the £2 special offer having to sign up for their site at the same time. On having a browse through the site I noticed in my tickets section that I had automatically been signed up for an ongoing subscription for the Euromillions at £14 per week! I never agreed to this. To add to this there seems to be no way to delete your account. Please do not sign up for any special offers through this site unless you are prepared for ongoing costs

LottoGo took a total of £131 from my PayPal account. They claim it was an on going subscription but I never have permission for this much money to be take out. I am very sad. How do I get a refund??!!!
Same here have no idea how they accessed my pay pal account took .98p then £5 the £14 then another £14 . PayPal declined the appeal so somehow they have tricked me . I did get a response from them through Trustpilot but that seems to have drawn to a close

Paid a quid for some numbers for one game, immediately saw the £14 subscription and cancelled, they kept the quid and told me any winnings I would get from that game will not be put in my account, complete scam despite what it says online.

These scum somehow managed to get into my account details and were deducting £6.00 weekly and it went on for months. When i finally discovered this i complained bitterly and was refunded some money but it was not the full amount that i had lost. These are out and out scammers and need to be ousted from the internet.

My wife recently got lured in with a lotto offer. Charged her the best part of £12 and then pinched another £29 from our joint account without any indication or confirmation that this was going to happen. Lottogo said they would give a refund in 2-3 working days and it hasn't happened yet, so what I have suggested she does, and my advice to anybody else who has been scammed here is to contact your bank, explain what happened and claim indemnity on the transaction - the should give you the money back straight away while they investigate. I'm annoyed that my wife would want to play the lotto on a dodgey site like this but taking even more money on the sly is bang out of order. Next step is DAS legal action through our house insurance if they want to dick us about even more than they already have.
OUTRAGEOUS - A scam company pretending to be part of The National Lottery, which they certainly are not! Have stolen £14 from my bank, fortunately, this went via PayPal who are investigating and hopefully will refund. I'm not buying anything except via PayPal online anymore. However, if you tell them you are reporting them to Visa they may weaken!
Seems lottogo is trying to cleanse their negative reviews. Got an email from trustpilot saying they reported my review as defamatory, when I scrolled through the other user reviews there were a lot of reviews reported at the same time today and over the past few days! My experience of the service was less than savory to say the least. What looked like a good opportunity turned out to be nothing close! Lost money and winnings in the process. Avoid like the plague!

A non existant bed
Awful experience so far! I recommend avoiding them! Ordered a bed in March which should have been delivered in 10-12 weeks. We are now in week 15 and I have just been told that it will be at least another 2 weeks until my bed is with the delivery company then they will see when they can fit delivery into their schedule. Having called multiple times I have 0 confidence that this information is even true. I had previously been told after multiple calls that my bed would be here at the beginning of June. It's a different story every time and the customer service team promise to take actions and come back to you but don't. Honestly the worst customer experience I have ever received. Not a single good word to say about this company. I will be requesting an immediate refund of nearly £2000 but I will have to wait on hold for an hour or so first.

I ordered free capsules which stated I only had to pay for delivery as a one off payment. They kept taking money out of my account and then sending me the product every week or 15 days as they say. I tried to cancel, sent back 2 of the products they sent me and still have not received a refund.

Utterly dreadful company. They agreed to pay £14,000 medical expenses then, after several months delay, refused to pay anything. They took 8 weeks to deal with my complaint and made a partial offer. The case then went to the Ombudsman, which also took several months, and the Investigator agreed they should pay in full. They challenged this and offered 50% which I refused. They are now challenging the Investigator's ruling and want the case to be reviewed by the Ombudsman which will take months. Save your money and purchase a policy from someone else.
