Replacement watch bracelet
I was looking for a new bracelet for my old watch, but the company didn't have the exact one I needed. They replied fast, but I was bummed that they couldn't find the right part. It's annoying when a company claims to have parts for a specific brand, but then can't deliver when you actually need them. All in all, I was pretty disappointed by the whole thing.
Watch strap and battery
The products were really nice, but trying to place an order was an absolute nightmare. I didn't even get a confirmation email after ordering, which just made me super nervous. And when I asked about shipping, the response I got was really rude and not helpful at all. To make matters worse, my package ended up arriving really late.
Delayed order delivery
I was really let down when my purchase didn't arrive on time. The notification I got said the item was out of stock, which would've been good to know before I ordered it. I made a point of asking for it to be here by March 25th because I needed it for a trip. I tried to see if they could speed up the delivery, but I didn't get a helpful answer. All in all, the whole ordering and delivery situation was pretty frustrating.
