Vape pod purchase with non-replaceable black pod
I bought a new vape pod recently, it's got a sleek black design and all, but here's the kicker - once the black pod runs out, there's no replacements available. I reached out to the company, and they said they don't have any plans to stock replacement black pods in the future. I feel pretty ripped off and annoyed, especially since I paid £19.99 for a product that's basically useless after one go. The clear pods they offer as an alternative just aren't the same quality or flavour as the black pods. It's really disappointing that the company isn't looking out for their customers and making sure they can keep using their products properly.

After reading some mixed reviews, I thought I'd take a chance and order a pair of Melissa shoes from this site. I couldn't find them anywhere else, even on the official Melissa website, so I thought 'why not?' I placed my order on the 7th March and heard back about it on the 8th, even getting a Royal Mail tracking email on the 9th. To my surprise, the shoes arrived on the 10th. They were real, and even better than I imagined. All in all, I was happy with my purchase and would think about using this site again. One thing to mention is that I now have a username and login, though I'm not sure if that will make a difference.

Last-minute wedding dress order
My recent experience ordering a last-minute wedding dress was definitely a bit of a rollercoaster! I have to admit, I didn't really pay much attention to the delivery timeline when I placed the order in a bit of a panic on a Friday night. As a result, the dress didn't make it in time for the wedding, which was really disappointing.
I can't really comment on the dress itself, but I have to say, the customer service team were fantastic! They really went above and beyond to try and get the dress to me on time. They even contacted me to double-check if I still wanted it sent out even though it was late. Despite Royal Mail messing up, the company's communication and understanding of my situation were really impressive. They even offered to refund me outside of the return window, which was a nice surprise.

I had a bit of a mishap with my LG TV when my child got hold of the remote and made an accidental purchase. I needed to get a refund, but ended up signing out of my account by mistake. I bought a pair of glasses from this company, and lo and behold, within just two days, one of the lenses decided to go on its own little adventure and got lost. It was clear to me that the glasses weren't even fitted properly in the first instance, which led to this whole mess. I finally got my cool new shoes after waiting for 3 weeks for them to arrive internationally. Not bad timing at all, eh? I can wear them all day long and it's like walking on clouds. The only downside is that the sole is starting to wear out already, there's even a little chip on the edge. I recently used the meet & greet parking service at Bristol Airport, and to be honest, it was an absolute nightmare. When I got there, no one was around to tell me where to park or what to do next. I tried to give feedback on my experience to the company's Head of Marketing, Daisy Kingham, but she was uninterested, rude and dismissive.

Stay away from the Darkside...
Shockingly dishonest and potentially fraudulent company. I am currently in the process of making a compliant to the Financial Ombudsman about their practices. I accepted a motorcycle quote from them of 365 GBP for 12 months for 3rd party liability insurance and some of their add-ons. I answered their questionaire honestly and only after I paid, the paperwork stated the no-claims was supposed to be in the last two years. I told them immediately that my last insurance policy was 2 years and 2 months ago. They waited until after the 14 day cooling off period to inform me they are raising the rate by 119 GBP since my last insurance policy was just over 2 years old. I looked around and realized there were a lot more competitive quotes than that. I cancelled less then 14 days after I recieved the notice of increase. After ignoring the request for cancellation for 7 days, they inform me thatthey are charging me over 200 GBP for an insurance policy that lasted less than one month when the orginal 12 month policy that was quoted at 365 GBP (484 when they raised it)! Darkside claims that I have to pay the full 12 months additional add-ons, which was not the way they representated them at all at purchase.
--> Stay away: Darkside may seem like a good deal from the initial quote, but just wait....
