Slippery plastic product, disappointing customer service
I bought this product from the store and it was really disappointing. The quality was terrible and when I tried to return it within the 14-day period required by law, the customer service was unhelpful and wouldn't give me a refund. As a result, I ended up twisting my ankle while trying to use the product, which was a disaster. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this store, it seems like they're selling cheap sweatshop stuff.
Phone case
I recently bought something from this company, and I have to say, it was not a great experience at all. The phone case I ordered took ages to arrive and when it finally did, I was really disappointed with the quality. It felt really cheap and the design looked like it was just slapped on. On top of that, they sent me the wrong item, and when I tried to get in touch with them for help, they just ignored me. I had to get my bank involved to sort out a refund. It seems like this company might not be as trustworthy as they make out, especially with all those reports of dodgy addresses and pending closure on Companies House.
bracelet
I purchased a bracelet from this place and it was really lovely to start with, but unfortunately it broke after only a few days. I attempted to send it back with proof of postage, however they claimed they never received it! Now I'm left with a broken bracelet and money down the drain. I'm extremely disappointed!
Non-slip mats
I just bought some non-slip mats from this shop and honestly, I'm really let down by the quality. They're supposed to be non-slip but they're actually super slippery, which defeats the whole purpose of having them. When I got in touch with customer service about it, they weren't very helpful or professional at all. I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this store based on my experience.
