I bought a ticket to go to a theme park the other day, but when we got to the entrance, the barcode wouldn't work. It was a bit embarrassing because we had to keep trying different gates before we were able to go in. The staff were nice and eventually let us through, but it was a bit of a hassle that could have been prevented.

Their excuses are feeble and they won't even let me cancel the order. I'm now forced to wait for it to arrive and then send it back because of the delay. Their customer service is awful and they don't take any responsibility. Do yourself a favour and steer clear of them at all costs.

These trainers are an absolute game-changer for outdoor events. I recently wore them to a music festival where the weather turned bad, but these shoes really saved me. Despite the slippery mud and rain-soaked ground, I managed to stay upright all day thanks to these amazing trainers. I even had a go at sliding down a steep hill where everyone else was having a tough time, but these shoes held on so tightly that I didn't move an inch. Lost parcel, lack of accountability
Returning a parcel was an absolute nightmare for me. My parcel got lost in transit and neither the company nor the third-party service wanted to take responsibility. I gave evidence of shipment, but I'm left out of pocket with no solution in sight. The return process itself cost me £5 to ship it back, instead of having the option to return it to a store, which would have been safer and more eco-friendly. This fee didn't protect buyers, making me feel like I was cheated with no way to get my money back. When I contacted customer service for help, they told me to use an ombudsman service, but Jack Wills refused to mediate. The lack of investigation and support from Jack Wills and Evri was really frustrating. Every person I spoke to seemed to pass the blame, ignore my problems, and pass me on to someone else, without resolving the issue. After this experience, I won't be shopping from this company again and I'll make sure to warn others about their poor customer care and lack of accountability.

My experience with the company was really disappointing. I bought something online and it turned out to be faulty. I organised a collection straight away and was promised a refund. North Devon tour review
The Durrant House Hotel in Bideford was alright, the prices for drinks were reasonable, and the food was basic but good with a nice variety to choose from. I really liked the tours that were included, especially the 4 hours spent in Clovelly, it was a real highlight. However, the optional tour to Barnstable Pannier market was a bit of a letdown. The biggest issue was the coach exchange at Dobbies, Tewkesbury. It was a bit chaotic with 4 coaches, and if it rained, there was no cover provided so luggage would get wet.

So, my mum's friend mentioned this place where we could buy some Cooper Pedy Opals. My husband thought it would be a great Christmas present idea! The service provided by this company is really impressive, with thoughtfully planned itineraries and guides who made sure we had a smooth and enjoyable journey. The places we stayed at were top-notch, adding to the overall fantastic experience of the tours. The most recent tour to the Hindu Kush region for the Kalash Festival was something truly special and unforgettable, showing that this company can offer truly unique adventures. I really hope that Wild Frontiers will keep adding more fascinating destinations to their list of tours, and I can't wait for the chance to go on another adventure with them.
