Very Poor Service
Wouldn't change order despite having time.
I placed an order for a Rose. Immediately after I sent the order, I realised I had ordered a climber instead of a bush. I contacted them immediately. Today I received a message to say they had picked and packed the climbing plant ready for shipment so it was too late to change my order - even though the plant has not yet been sent out. I had thought that a small family run company would provide a better service. Very disappointed and I won't be buying from them again! I'll also be contacting the owner to make them aware of the poor service his staff provide.Anniversary Rose
Arrive damaged. Sent evidence which was not accepted. Please avoid the same experience and shop elsewhere.

Shocking. Ordered on the 4th June, package with the couriers on the 6th, arrived with the courier damaged so they returned to the sender. 6 days later and no correspondence at all. Rang twice this morning to request a refund with no luck. Have raised a case with my bank. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
