In April, I enquired online about a car rental in Munich for next July. The car would have been from Enterprise
Enjoy said that they could not send the voucher due to 'technical problems'. When I did get it, I noticed that instead of unlimited mileage, they only allowed 100km/day. I queried this immediately and told them that if they could not match other identical offers with unlimited, or, at least 3x, the mileage, I did not want to proceed with the booking
They then cancelled my 'booking'. The next day, the debited my account €41 and refuse to give it back
Then then sent an email that states ‘booking not yet confirmed. Please wait for your voucher’. I never received a voucher
I contacted Enterprise who told me that they never received a booking on my behalf for Enjoy and received no money
In addition, this all happened within 72 hours which should fall within the 'cooling-off' period for online purchases
Their attitude has been 'Tough!'

I am a diabetes patient. I visit my doctor thrice a week for check-ups but got tired of these activities and decided not to go again. My health began to worsen then my colleague told me about the E-surgery that I could subscribe to it since I do not want to go to the clinic every time. I gave it a try and was attached to a pharmacist who answered all my questions and prescribe some drugs for me. Immediately I paid for the drugs, they were delivered the next day. I was so happy how life could be so easy.

Seeing all the negative comments about this company I was understandable nervous about using them.
I needed a part for a Japanese car built in a factory in India and couldn't find one anywhere in the UK so I had to take a chance.
I'm happy to say I was pleasantly surprised, delivery took about 5 days (which I thought was acceptable from Germany to the UK), the part was from an EU manufacturer (Holland) not some cheap copy part.
It fitted, it worked, what more could anyone ask.

AOrdered parts from them on 3rd January 2021. (Using my girlfriends account this time, and for the first time, as where we were at the time I couldn't use mine. Didn't have phone to hand)They used GLS as their courier and from the 6th of January their tracking site has not been updated since the 6th Jan. Ive been using these for years with no problem. I will not use again after this. Caused me to be without my car for 2 weeks! Im partially disabled at the moment through injury, and need my car on the road to get to shops. I cannot walk far, and live on my own. Autodoc just told me to just wait for it. For how long???? We shall see what happens when i cancel the order and ask for a refund so I can get my O2 sensors here in UK. So Miffed about this. Why use GLS? They will only ruin a good company. Hope they see this.

The only update I got was on the 30/01/2021 from GLS delivery saying it was still in transit and after speaking to autodoc 4 days in a row I get the same response that they send a email to GLS and find the solution and after finding out GLS should reply in 1-2 days so noone is giving me any update whatsoever I find this all disgusting as despite the new Brexit rules etc I am still in limbo and out of pocket and autodoc are still saying they are going to make me wait on a refund to hear from GLS about my order being lost this is totally unacceptable and extremely unprofessional I will not be using them again and they have no interest in updating me regarding my part nor the refundWas going to order some new Brembo brakes for my F31 Bimmer 330d from AUTODOC until I read the reviews. We has so much fun shopping online together for her isolation Birthday but even more fun today with her online fashion show. Everything looks perfect on her and I couldn't be happier.

I had a very bad experience with Ultamodan. It really seemed genuine. I had ordered a dress with them and there was no delivery. I waited up to four weeks and then at that point I cancelled my order and asked for my refund, they got back and cancelled my order and said refund will follow in 7 working days but to my surprise nothing arrived. I ended up calling my bank and told them my situation, luckily my bank refunded me and said that they were going to chase them and get my money back.

I was able to get a refund - If anyone needs help I'm happy to help. I have submitted a complaints to every fraud agency in the UK and they are currently investigating the matter. If anyone else would like to you can report them via Action Fraud Police UK

BUBBLE AND CANDY FLOSS MACHINE MACHINE DIDNT TURN UP
So I am now wanting to know who you are governed by. I purchase a plastic candy floss bubble and a candy floss machine. The bubble turned up battered and then the machine hasn't turned up at all. Right now I make candyfloss for a living and I need my machine. I drove to pick up the item as for some reason your delivery company couldn't deliver my delivery to my address because you mixed up the postcodes for the billing addresses and the delivery addresses. When I get there I get this battered box and a bubble with no machine. I WANT MY MACHINE I PAID £300 FOR A DAMN BUBBLE, I WANT TO RAISE A COMPLAINT AND WHO ARE YOU GOVERNED BY. They also use virtual call centres so your not actually speaking to anyone at expondo some guy sitting at home with no clue about your order. They have now sent me a message to say all been delivered when it hasn't. the first machine i bought from them broke within a year and this one has even turned up. i HAVE NEVER FELT SO RIPPED OFF

They released a tesco finest chip that was very very good, started at £1 went up to £1.35 and was then switched out for a terrible chip, they removed finests from the packet but sold it as the same item for the same price. It remained in my favourite list even though it was a totally different product. Bait and switch, surely you have enough money to not act like this tesco?

Boiler Upgrade
My old boiler had seen better days. I approached EcoHive thinking we wouldn’t qualify for a free boiler, but we did due to having a son at high school and child benifit. The fitting was smooth, all waste was removed and it only took a couple of hours. Our bills are down and the hot water pressure is now fabulous in the shower. Along with the insulation in our walls/roof and the new boiler, the house is so fast to heat up and retains the heat for ages. Thanks to the receptionist James who never left me hanging and always updated me! Thanks EcoHive I hope you help many more families.
Mike DH4Had four storage heaters fitted and two panel heaters fitted installation went very well but unfortunately one of the heaters does not work had a problem getting hold of any body to sort this but once I did Micheal was very help ful if it wasn't for the problems of getting hold of them they would get 10 out 10 but will instead give them 8 and just a quick thanks to dee

I placed order 11458252 on the 5th May and it still hasn't been received. It's a "one-man" delivery that Fitness Superstore now claim to be able to deliver within 2-7 days!! The customer service is non-existent, no response to mail.
I've built a £4000 home gym since March and Fitness Superstore are the ONLY supplier to let me down. I understand that it's a difficult situation for retailers but everyone else has exceeded expectation. Worst than that is the lack of communication to resolve this issue. Really disappointed and another customer lost.
Edit. 01.06.2020. I did review on Trust Pilot first but this has been "reported by Fitness Superstore" and will almost certainly be taken down (no bad reviews allowed - explains their high average). Note they had time to report my review but not reply to my mail... go figure.
There are plenty of other retailers out there for your fitness needs. Look past the vetted reviews on Trust Pilot and FS website and have a Google... there are plenty of others like me...Wish i had seen this before buying, right now no one is answering the PHONE

My review is based on customer service issues. I realise that there is bound to be a delay in the present climate. Giordano stated on May 4th that my wine was with Yodel. Yodel have no tracking information and say they are awaiting the package from Giordano. This seems like a scam. I can get no replies from either Giordano or Yokel.

Holiday Extras push their Additional Cover and Insurance for Delayed Returns BUT accept no responsibility & refer you to their small print when it comes to resolving a claim.
IF your delay was caused by the Airline cancelling a Flight due to weather or a number of other excuses they can excuse under " Force Majeur"..you will NOT get a Refund or a Credit for the Extended Cover you paid for!!
So what cause of Delay beyond that of my own doing is covered??
