Bristol tan boots
I bought a pair of tan Bristol boots from this shop not long ago and I have to admit they're the absolute worst boots I've ever had. At first, I was happy with the way they looked, but soon after wearing them, I found them to be super uncomfortable. They gave me two huge blisters on my feet, so I couldn't wear them any longer. In contrast, my old boots, which were getting a bit uncomfortable, felt like walking on clouds in comparison.

Compiling my photo book was so easy and user-friendly. I uploaded my photos and arranged them with no trouble at all, and I ended up with a lovely finished product that I was really pleased with. The only downside was that I did notice a few slightly wavy pages, which was a bit of a let-down.

I was so disappointed with the roses I bought. I got them for a friend, but when they arrived, they looked really sad. Barely any leaves, all droopy. I had to quickly go out and get another gift because there was no way I could give such sad flowers. Plus, the box they came in was all torn, the compost spilling out. And they didn't even include a gift card! So annoying. When I tried to contact customer service, it took ages for them to reply. Waste of nearly £30. Won't use this service again, that's for sure.

I had a big problem with my order because even though they said my stuff was delivered, it actually went to the wrong address. It was a real pain, especially because I got it for my son who has autism and struggles with learning. I gave proof that I never got the items, but after a lot of hassle, the company just told me to contact the police for help. It's really frustrating that they didn't take responsibility or care about me as a customer. In the end, I had to buy another tracksuit from a different shop to make sure my son wasn't let down at Christmas.

Villa Jahta holiday stay
My family and I had a fantastic time at a villa in Croatia. The villa was really spacious, with loads of bathrooms for all of us, and the views were absolutely stunning. The location was spot on, with all the facilities we needed close by. Lopud was the perfect place for our family, with something for everyone, like beautiful beaches, top-notch restaurants, well-stocked shops, and breathtaking architecture. The person looking after the villa was so nice and helpful, that it felt like we were right at home. Our day trip to Dubrovnik was really enjoyable, and the transfers to and from the villa were smooth and unforgettable.

My order ended up being thrown over the fence and left in the rain! I was fuming, definitely won't be shopping there again.

I made a massive order with this company a while ago, and let me tell you, it was a total nightmare. They gave me a tracking number that never updated beyond "leaving Korea", and up to now, I still haven't gotten my products. Plane tickets purchased for long-haul flights
I recently bought four plane tickets from Budapest to Bali and had a really bad time with the e-ticket numbers and customer support. At the start, they gave us e-ticket numbers that didn't even exist, causing a lot of stress and confusion. We spent ages on the phone with the support team and they eventually fixed the issue. But now we still can't see our booking on Turkish Airline's website to pick seats together, which is so important for long flights. Opodo's response let us down, saying they couldn't do anything and we'd just have to hope for the best to get seats together on the almost fully booked flight. Overall, dealing with Opodo was frustrating and disappointing, so I wouldn't suggest booking through them.

In April, I enquired online about a car rental in Munich for next July. The car would have been from Enterprise
Enjoy said that they could not send the voucher due to 'technical problems'. When I did get it, I noticed that instead of unlimited mileage, they only allowed 100km/day. I queried this immediately and told them that if they could not match other identical offers with unlimited, or, at least 3x, the mileage, I did not want to proceed with the booking
They then cancelled my 'booking'. The next day, the debited my account €41 and refuse to give it back
Then then sent an email that states ‘booking not yet confirmed. Please wait for your voucher’. I never received a voucher
I contacted Enterprise who told me that they never received a booking on my behalf for Enjoy and received no money
In addition, this all happened within 72 hours which should fall within the 'cooling-off' period for online purchases
Their attitude has been 'Tough!'

Seeing all the negative comments about this company I was understandable nervous about using them.
I needed a part for a Japanese car built in a factory in India and couldn't find one anywhere in the UK so I had to take a chance.
I'm happy to say I was pleasantly surprised, delivery took about 5 days (which I thought was acceptable from Germany to the UK), the part was from an EU manufacturer (Holland) not some cheap copy part.
It fitted, it worked, what more could anyone ask.

AOrdered parts from them on 3rd January 2021. (Using my girlfriends account this time, and for the first time, as where we were at the time I couldn't use mine. Didn't have phone to hand)They used GLS as their courier and from the 6th of January their tracking site has not been updated since the 6th Jan. Ive been using these for years with no problem. I will not use again after this. Caused me to be without my car for 2 weeks! Im partially disabled at the moment through injury, and need my car on the road to get to shops. I cannot walk far, and live on my own. Autodoc just told me to just wait for it. For how long???? We shall see what happens when i cancel the order and ask for a refund so I can get my O2 sensors here in UK. So Miffed about this. Why use GLS? They will only ruin a good company. Hope they see this.

So I am now wanting to know who you are governed by. I purchase a plastic candy floss bubble and a candy floss machine. The bubble turned up battered and then the machine hasn't turned up at all. Right now I make candyfloss for a living and I need my machine. I drove to pick up the item as for some reason your delivery company couldn't deliver my delivery to my address because you mixed up the postcodes for the billing addresses and the delivery addresses. When I get there I get this battered box and a bubble with no machine. I WANT MY MACHINE I PAID £300 FOR A DAMN BUBBLE, I WANT TO RAISE A COMPLAINT AND WHO ARE YOU GOVERNED BY. They also use virtual call centres so your not actually speaking to anyone at expondo some guy sitting at home with no clue about your order. They have now sent me a message to say all been delivered when it hasn't. the first machine i bought from them broke within a year and this one has even turned up. i HAVE NEVER FELT SO RIPPED OFF

My wife ordered Chanel glasses. What arrived was a faulty pre used frame that Chanel told me they no longer manufacture. It even came an authenticity card from another shop! Contacted the website and called them but the service was rude and dismissive.

Your wife is mistaken. Pretavoir is an authorised retailer. I cannot understand why you choose to make misleading comments without proper research..

I placed order 11458252 on the 5th May and it still hasn't been received. It's a "one-man" delivery that Fitness Superstore now claim to be able to deliver within 2-7 days!! The customer service is non-existent, no response to mail.
I've built a £4000 home gym since March and Fitness Superstore are the ONLY supplier to let me down. I understand that it's a difficult situation for retailers but everyone else has exceeded expectation. Worst than that is the lack of communication to resolve this issue. Really disappointed and another customer lost.
Edit. 01.06.2020. I did review on Trust Pilot first but this has been "reported by Fitness Superstore" and will almost certainly be taken down (no bad reviews allowed - explains their high average). Note they had time to report my review but not reply to my mail... go figure.
There are plenty of other retailers out there for your fitness needs. Look past the vetted reviews on Trust Pilot and FS website and have a Google... there are plenty of others like me...Wish i had seen this before buying, right now no one is answering the PHONE

My review is based on customer service issues. I realise that there is bound to be a delay in the present climate. Giordano stated on May 4th that my wine was with Yodel. Yodel have no tracking information and say they are awaiting the package from Giordano. This seems like a scam. I can get no replies from either Giordano or Yokel.
Hmmmmm, I'm having EXACTLY the same problem. Ordered 27th April. Promised delivery last week. NOTHING. No answers to calls, e- mails. or online chars.
Really annoyed now & it doesn't matter about the current situation, if its too difficult, don't trade!

Mine said the same thing , difficult order and I actually said to Christiano on online chat that next time I'll walk to Italy to pick it up it might be quicker

IF your delay was caused by the Airline cancelling a Flight due to weather or a number of other excuses they can excuse under " Force Majeur"..you will NOT get a Refund or a Credit for the Extended Cover you paid for!!
So what cause of Delay beyond that of my own doing is covered??
