I've always had great experiences ordering from this company. The service is quick and I've never had any problems with my orders. They have a wide variety of products, so I can get everything I need for my pets in one go. I really like that they give the option to donate reward points to local animal charities, it shows they care about giving back.
Prescription dog food order
I ordered some prescription dog food for my furry friend, but I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I even paid for delivery, but it hasn't turned up. The customer service team wasn't helpful at all, really frustrating.
Taste of the Wild food
I've been getting Taste of the Wild food from this website for quite some time. I really like it because they have big bags and the prices are really reasonable. The only thing is they used to let you pick a delivery time, but I suppose they're too busy for that now. I also appreciate that I can earn points for extra treats and toys, plus the surprise free gifts that sometimes come with orders. It's a nice touch. 🎁

Dry dog food purchase
I recently got some dry dog food from Zooplus and I have to say, I'm really happy with their service. The Royal Canin dog food that I ordered came quickly, in a well-packaged box, just a few days after I placed the order. I ordered some pet supplies on the 5th of May. They gave me a tracking number, but the link they sent to follow my order wasn't working right. The tracking info says it got delivered today, but I haven't got anything yet.
Recent order mishap

Within less than a day, I got a really quick response from Customer Care. They told me they had cancelled my order so I could place a new one with the correct address. I was really impressed by how efficient and quick they were in sorting out my mistake. I'm so thankful for their help!
Large dog food order
I just ordered a bunch of dog food from this website. Bit gutted, to be honest, 'cause I had to pay extra for delivery to the Scottish Western Isles, but the delivery times with Yodel were pretty rubbish. On the other hand, when I ordered smaller amounts and got Evri as the delivery partner, the service was much better.
Large bags of dog food
I bought two big bags of dog food from an online shop not long ago. Ordering was easy and my stuff was sent out quickly. But, the courier Evri let me down big time. Even though Yodel managed to get one bag to me on schedule, Evri couldn't find my address and ended up losing the parcel.
Large dog bed purchase
I've been a customer of this pet supply company for a long time, and I have always been impressed by the great customer service they provide. Recently, I made a mistake and ordered the wrong size dog bed for my furry friend. When I contacted their customer service team, they were really quick to help and went out of their way to fix the issue. They not only gave me clear instructions on how to return the wrong item but also sent me the correct size dog bed in a hurry. Their dedication to making sure customers are happy is really impressive, and I'm really happy with how everything turned out. Zooplus has shown time and time again that they are a reliable and trustworthy company that puts their customers first.
Prescription Diet Feline food
Having bought from this company for the first time in June this year for the prescription diet food for my cat, was delivered the next day. I was so impressed by the quickness my order so I did make another order for my cats prescription diet food on the 6th July which was delivered the next day.
48 x 85g Hiills Science Chicken, Well tried to but without reasons cancelled the order.
DO NOT USE this company. Customer Service ZERO. They cancel your order without reason, only found out when went online and said cancelled. No reason NOTHING. They claim have released the payment which was pending, this is NOT true. Bank said they have not when spoke to them. Clearly honestly is not a priority for them nor is the welfare of pets. If you love your pet do not use them. The score should be ZERO for everything if can't honour a purchase agreement/ bill of sale.
I ordered a lot for cats and dogs
There has been trouble with quality products, there are poor services, unacceptable delivery. Im a disabled person, live on 1st floor, delivery left on ground floor, picking and packing cant read orders! Often mistakes and customers service, the poorest think in the world. 10 days is not enough to resolve their faults. Order with 7 thinks / aprox 50 kg/ I received ONE box with litter. Compare uk zooplus to de.zooplus even in Poland or Hungary are better than uk. Why? U cant read? From me uk zooplus -100, im sorry
Bonus Points
I have earned bonus points when I bought products from Zooplus.
Unfortunately my dog died last September so I will not be buying further products from Zooplus.
They won't let me donate those points so other animals can benefit - THEY INSIST I SPEND ANOTHER £10 IN ORDER FOR THEM TO APPLY THE POINTS EVEN THOUGH I HAVE ALEADY SPENT MONEY WITH THEM TO EARN THE POINTS - THEY ARE PATHETIC.Felix cat meat 44x100g
In 2018 I rejected an order of damaged [contaminated rotten meat] and was given prompt refund.
In 2020 I received an incomplete order of same product [contaminated rotten meat with the same batch number as the meat I rejected in 2018]. The customer service this time was extremely poor, frustrating/costly. I was not refunded of the VAT/service/delivery charges applied to the order for the items not received or the rotten meat that I rejected [this proved costly]. Delivery and Service has become appalling in recent years.It is a ONE-STOP SHOP for pet stuff

I get every required stuff in good price here, start from pet food, nutritious food, dog food, pet cate supplies, cages and what not actually!
Apart from the all pet food and supplies, I have also bought a cage for parrots. The home delivery is efficient, quality of products isnice.
