I recently bought a guitar amplifier from Kenny's Music, and let me tell you, it was a real emotional rollercoaster. And to make matters worse, the delivery ended up being handled by a different company who didn't even follow the usual procedures. What a nightmare! Kenny's Music, you really need to reconsider your choice of courier and maybe even ask for a refund from those useless DHL guys.

So, I recently bought some powder from this company and was really pleased when it arrived quickly. But then, when I read the small print, I saw that it might have nuts (specifically almonds) in it. Even though they made it clear that almonds weren't purposely put in there, but the powder was made in a factory that handles almonds, I was a bit worried because I have a serious tree nut allergy.

I've been a customer of this company since 2015 and I've been placing orders regularly. Sometimes, items have been taken out of my orders because they're out of stock, and there have been a few times when my delivery has been delayed. But I'm grateful that I always get a refund for any items that aren't included without me asking, and most of the time my orders come on time. I've also noticed that the packaging and sending address have got better, possibly because they moved warehouses a couple of years ago. Since this change, I haven't had any damaged items in my orders, which used to happen a lot before. All in all, I've found some really good deals with this company.

I have to admit, overall, the site is brilliant, but there are a couple of things that bug me a bit. I've just bought 12 garden plugs for the price of postage only and I have to say I'm really impressed with the quality of 11 of them. They all came in different varieties, with their names clearly marked on the box. I have them all growing in pots now until they get big and strong enough to be planted in my garden. However, I was a bit let down to find that one of the plugs was dead when it arrived. Despite this hiccup, I'm optimistic that the rest of the plugs will grow into lovely plants with beautiful flowers.
