Soggy Carrs biscuits, old Caesar salad dressing, flat coke, dried up cake, huge bag of poppy seeds
I bought a few things from this shop, thinking they might be a bit out of date. Turns out, some of them were wayyy past it - like a year or more. The Carrs biscuits were all soft and yucky, the caesar salad dressing had expired a whole year ago, the coke was completely flat, and the cake was all dried out. Plus, they chucked in this massive bag of poppy seeds that could literally stock a bakery for ages. It felt like they'd just grabbed stuff from hotel rooms or maybe the counter at Starbucks. When I tried to complain, they were really rude about it. And trying to leave a review was a nightmare - they kept questioning it. I reckon I'll stick to other services like 2good2go or Olio in future, no way I'm dealing with this unprofessional lot again.

I don't know about you, but I definitely don't have time to waste on complicated websites these days. That's why I was chuffed when I stumbled upon this site and discovered how easy it was to use. Quick delivery, quality fabric, secure packaging
Sometimes you've just got to give credit where credit's due. My order came quickly, and when I needed a different size, swapping it was a breeze. The material of the clothes is really nice, so I can't complain about that. But, the packaging could do with a bit of an upgrade. It was too simple to pull out the item without messing up the tape or box. Come on, let's step up our game in that area.

Advanced health check
I scheduled a health check, thinking it would be great, but it was a disaster! I paid a lot and their system failed, so I didn't even get an appointment. I wasted time off work for nothing, and they only offered a small discount for a new appointment, which doesn't make up for it. It's just a fancy blood test you could get from your GP, so don't bother wasting your time or money.

Outdoor wall lights
I recently bought some outdoor wall lights and had a bit of a nightmare with the delivery. The tracking said they were on their way on a certain day, then it just said 'we have it' and stayed like that. I tried to get in touch with the seller on Amazon but never heard back, so I ended up asking for a refund. Even when Amazon got involved, the seller still didn't respond until I had to make a claim to get my money back. This whole lack of communication has really put me off this seller.

Fridge freezer installation
The delivery drivers, Bharat and Gugu, were really helpful and went the extra mile to make sure our new fridge freezer was installed and fit through the door. We were so impressed by how professional and friendly they were. Marks Electrical should definitely consider hiring more people like them.

Excellent products, will reorder
I just got some stuff delivered and I was really pleased with the quality. The ordering bit went smoothly and was a piece of cake. However, I did have a bit of a hiccup with the delivery service, which was a tad annoying. That said, I'll definitely be ordering from here again.
