Absolutely chuffed — the car's great, and Neville at MG sorted everything; I needed a comfy replacement for my aching back after long commutes, really glad.

Underwhelming support
Honestly, not brilliant — I needed the chair for a bad back and couldn't wait. Replies took ages (around three days), they dodged my question about UK stockists and eventually said everything was out of stock. I eventually found an alternative, relieved.
Surprisingly reliable

Mate-recommended, ended up disappointed
I saw the pullover in the Playa del Duque shop because a mate insisted I try Bogner on holiday. I was a bit hesitant — quite pricey — but liked the look so bought it. After a few wears it started to bobble and a seam came loose. I only got back to the shop four months later (I live in the Netherlands) and they admitted the poor quality but basically shrugged and called it a "customer issue". Not brilliant, still like the design though.
That moment I relaxed
I was halfway through the checkout when the cards kept getting declined. Proper annoying. I tried four different cards and thought, right, waste of an evening. After emailing them and phoning, a supervisor finally admitted there was a glitch and offered a refund for the hassle — that's when I relaxed. It's not slick, site needs work and replies are slow, but what they did fixed things. If you can, call.
A keeper, mostly
Standing in the lift queue on a cold, damp morning I slipped on the Bogner and, for the first time on that rubbish ski holiday, actually felt proper comfort. I needed something that wouldn’t aggravate my dodgy back and the cut and padding here let me move without feeling boxed in — big relief. I did spot a small pull on the sleeve after day one (annoying) and customer service was slow to get back, which stressed me. The moment I knew I was happy was when it kept me dry and flexible for the whole week. Not perfect and a bit pricey, but overall I was pleasantly surprised.
Little surprise from after-sales
Ordered a jacket from them years ago and after about five years a zip gave up. I half expected the usual runaround you get with other brands, but their after-sales sorted it — no charge, quick replacement and it even arrived sooner than I thought. The customer rep was proper helpful, chatted me through options, and kept me updated. Delivery timings have been reliable every time, which matters more than you think when you need gear sorted. Happy customer, will stick with them.
Nice jacket, shabby welcome
Back at the hotel, unpacking, I spotted a thin scratch across the front of a navy jacket I'd just bought. It was one of those annoying little things which spoilt the buzz. I went straight back to the Bogner shop in Zermatt within a couple of hours. The man who dealt with me — short pixie haircut, looked like the manager — was blunt and condescending. He shrugged and said there was only one of each size, and all he could offer was a T‑shirt if I returned the next day. He even sounded like I was trying to scam him for a discount. That was the real sting. A quick phone call to another branch would've fixed it. I've shopped at other Bogner stores and had great service, so it's a shame. I like the jacket but I'm not going back to that shop.
Off-black but sorted
I remember unwrapping them on a damp afternoon, thinking 'here we go' — I'd hesitated for ages because of mixed reviews and the price, but the pictures looked nice. I'd say double-check colours and keep photos handy. Worth it in the end, but be prepared to chase.
Wrongly billed and dragged into a mess
this is identity theft and I’ve been wrongly told to pay a large bill for an order we never placed. We’ve been dealing with Bogner, Ratepay and the police for weeks now, waiting for them to untangle it. I’m the sort of person who buys simple, practical clothes for daily life — school runs, dog walks, the occasional commute — so a luxury order for several hundred euros wouldn’t make sense for us anyway. That made it obvious from the start that something was off.
The letter from Ratepay, written in Bogner’s name, threatened legal action if we didn’t pay. There was no order confirmation to our inbox, and the delivery address wasn’t ours, so we have no idea where the goods went. Bogner’s website didn’t share full order details with us and pointed to the payment platform instead, which is part of the headache. We’ve reported it to the police and asked both companies to sort it between them. It’s draining and worrying to have your name and address used like this, and I just want a clear resolution.Damp morning disappointment

Blue casual pants purchase
I bought a pair of blue casual trousers from this shop not long ago, and honestly, I'm really let down by the quality. They've started falling apart after only one wear, with holes popping up between the legs and back pockets. It feels like every time I wear them, a new hole appears. Recent clothing purchase
I have to say, I've always thought the clothes from this company were pretty good. Sure, they can be a bit pricey, but you can't fault the quality. I did have a bit of a hiccup with my last delivery, which made me leave a not-so-great review due to the confusion around it. But, I've got to take that back now. I got a call from the company's customer service team and they explained everything really nicely and in a way I could understand. Turns out, it was the delivery service's fault, not the company's. Navy jacket purchase
You know, I picked up this really cool navy jacket over Christmas at this shop. But when I got back to my hotel, I noticed a tiny scratch on the front. So, I dashed back to the store a couple of hours later and encountered this really rude guy, who I assume was the manager, sporting a pixie cut. He was so abrupt with me, saying, "We only have one in each size, tough break. Come back tomorrow and I can sort you with a t-shirt." I was fuming! It felt like he was treating me like some kind of scam artist. Couldn't he have just called another store for an exchange, right?! No way am I setting foot in there next year, absolutely not!
