    I bought a pair of blue casual trousers from this shop not long ago, and honestly, I'm really let down by the quality.     Recent clothing purchase

    I have to say, I've always thought the clothes from this company were pretty good. Sure, they can be a bit pricey, but you can't fault the quality. I did have a bit of a hiccup with my last delivery, which made me leave a not-so-great review due to the confusion around it. But, I've got to take that back now. I got a call from the company's customer service team and they explained everything really nicely and in a way I could understand. Turns out, it was the delivery service's fault, not the company's. I really appreciate how the customer service team handled it all. They were really proactive and focused on finding a solution. That's what you call top-notch service. Thanks and best wishes.

    Navy jacket purchase

    You know, I picked up this really cool navy jacket over Christmas at this shop. But when I got back to my hotel, I noticed a tiny scratch on the front. So, I dashed back to the store a couple of hours later and encountered this really rude guy, who I assume was the manager, sporting a pixie cut. He was so abrupt with me, saying, "We only have one in each size, tough break. Come back tomorrow and I can sort you with a t-shirt." I was fuming! It felt like he was treating me like some kind of scam artist. Couldn't he have just called another store for an exchange, right?! No way am I setting foot in there next year, absolutely not!

    Shoes not delivered, no response

    I bought some shoes not long ago but they never turned up. I've tried loads of times to reach out to Bogner's customer service but no one's getting back to me. It's really upsetting to see a well-known brand like them not taking responsibility and not keeping in touch. At the very least, I was hoping for an update on my order or a refund for the missing shoes. It's a shame that I'm left in the dark with no solution in sight.

    Men's jacket with broken zipper tabs

    I was really let down by the poor quality of the jacket I bought from this company. It was a total disaster - three zipper tabs fell off in no time, which basically made the jacket useless. I tried to contact the company through their website to sort it out, but got no response at all. It was pretty obvious that their customer service was terrible, they didn't seem bothered about fixing things for their customers. It's such a shame to see a brand that used to be reliable go downhill like this with their quality control.

    Ski clothing purchase

    My wife and I bought some ski clothes and we are super pleased with how good they are. We've been going to the NYC store for years and the ski pants we got have stayed in great condition - they still look just as good as when we first got them, even after eight years of use. The materials that this company uses are really high quality, so we'll definitely be coming back for more.

    Zipper Hooded Sweaters

    I've been a customer for a good few years now and I bought two zipper hoodies recently. Unfortunately, the zipper on one of them broke soon after I got it. I emailed customer service twice with photos of the problem but haven't heard back. I've followed up twice more since then with still no reply. Good customer service is really important to me, so I'm pretty disappointed with this lack of response.

    Winter coat from the Fire+Ice range

    My wife managed to persuade me to splash out on a snazzy winter coat from the Fire+Ice range when we were in Zermatt on the 22nd of December 2022. Unfortunately, not even two months later, the main zip (brand Ideal) on the coat packed in, leaving me unable to open or close it. I tried getting in touch with the customer service team at the brand, but after sending two emails, all I got was a robotic response. I waited weeks for progress, but when nothing happened, I decided to give them a ring. To my dismay, they told me it would take "6 to 8 weeks to get a response" because they were so busy. This level of service was definitely not what I was expecting from a fancy clothing provider.

    I bought a pair of ski pants from this shop recently and at first, I was really happy with them. However, after wearing them only a few times, I noticed that a seam was coming undone. I got in touch with customer service on February 6th and got an email back straight away saying that I was a valued customer. But, when I didn't hear anything by February 9th, I decided to reach out again. Finally, on February 10th, I got some advice. I followed it on February 11th, but now it's February 21st and I still haven't heard anything else. It's disappointing that they haven't followed through, especially since I paid a lot for the pants.

    Callie jacket quality

    I bought a Callie jacket not long ago and was quite surprised to discover a tear in it after only wearing it once. I tried to get in touch with customer service in both the US and Europe, but I haven't heard anything back despite sending photos of the problem. It's really disappointing to see such a lack of quality checking and customer service, particularly given the expensive price of the product. After seeing other reviews with the same problem, I don't think I'll chance buying from this brand again.

    I got my mum two jackets for her birthday, so she could choose one she liked best. I had to send the other one back, which I wasn't keen on, but I did it in the end.
