T-shirt and leggings
I bought a t-shirt and leggings from this website because my friend recommended it to me. But when I wanted to return them, I had trouble because the website didn't recognise my email, order number, or postcode. I tried to request a return through the order confirmation email, but it didn't work. I emailed customer service, but I didn't get any response. I even tried the instant chat, but I got disconnected after waiting for ages. I'm so frustrated!

Purchased a sofa
I was let down by another company's terrible delivery service, so I thought I'd try Honeypot Furniture for my next purchase. To my surprise, they did a brilliant job. The sofa turned up when they said it would, and the delivery guys were really nice and quick. Setting up the sofa was a piece of cake, only took about 5 minutes, which made everything super easy. All in all, I had a really good experience with Honeypot Furniture and would definitely suggest them to anyone looking for furniture.

Next day delivery envelope purchase
I'm really disappointed with the service from this place. I sent a small envelope on Wednesday morning, paying extra for next day delivery before 1pm. But it's now Friday and the tracking still shows the item hasn't even left the shop. When I contacted the shop, they just told me to speak to Royal Mail. They gave me a complaint number to use. This whole thing has really disappointed me and left me feeling frustrated with the service I've received.

Delayed order
I'm really disappointed with the service I've gotten from this company. I placed an order in spring and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. The lack of communication and updates about my order has been really frustrating. I wish I could just go to the store and ask about my order, maybe even get a refund. It's not on to keep a customer waiting this long with no solution in sight. After this experience, I won't be recommending this company to anyone.
