Dehumidifier replacement
My dehumidifier just stopped working one day, so I decided to get in touch with the company. I filled out a form and was amazed at how fast they replied! They said they would send me a replacement at no cost, and it actually arrived in just 2 days. Thanks to Karen for all her help, my dehumidifier is working perfectly now. I really appreciate that the company stands by their products and provides excellent customer service.

All Inclusive Holiday
I recently went on a holiday booked through this company and honestly, it was a bit disappointing. The hotel I was in was quite understaffed, and not all the facilities were even open, like the restaurants and bars. The food was average at best - reminded me more of school dinners. The cleanliness was fine, but some parts of the hotel definitely needed some work. What really bugged me was the fact that despite booking all-inclusive, there were extra charges for things like using the safe and for certain amenities like fresh drinks and ice cream. Felt a bit like a money-making scheme. In the end, we just ended up spending more money eating out to avoid the poor food and other guests who seemed to be taking advantage of the free booze. All in all, not sure it was worth the price I paid.

Bouquet of flowers
I must admit, I was a bit let down by the bouquet of flowers I got. They looked a bit sad and not like the picture on the website. However, when I got in touch with customer service, they really impressed me. They sorted out my problems quickly and went above and beyond to make things right. They were genuine, listened to me, and clearly wanted to help. Good customer service can be hard to find these days, so I was really happy with how professional and dedicated they were. Thanks to their amazing help, I'll definitely give them another go in the future.
