    Small dehumidifier purchase

    I wouldn't recommend buying this dehumidifier, mate. I got one, and it packed up after 6 months. They sent me a replacement, but that one also broke after another 6 months. I contacted them and they just said the replacement had the same warranty as the original, which wasn't very helpful. If you fancy a product that gives up on you after half a year, then this is the company for you.

    The customer service at this place is absolutely fantastic! So, I bought something online and unfortunately, it stopped working after just 6 months. I sent them a message with all my details - order number, name, and address - and they got back to me really fast, assuring me that they would send me a new one. The replacement is actually coming tomorrow, which is only 2 days after my initial message! Hanna was the person who assisted me and she was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the whole process.

    2 dehumidifiers for closet

    My family and I decided to buy two dehumidifiers for our closet to prevent dampness. However, after about 6 weeks, both of them suddenly stopped working! I mean, seriously, what's the use of having them if they just give up like that? We got in touch with the company through Amazon, and they were kind enough to replace both units. But then, after another 6 weeks, one of them broke down in the exact same way. It felt like déjà vu or something! And shortly after that, the other one stopped working too! We tried to reach out to the company again, but it seems like they're ignoring us. So yeah, I wouldn't recommend wasting your money on these dehumidifiers, go for something more reliable instead!
