Late pickup, poor customer service
If I could give no stars, that would be spot on! I called when I arrived like they asked, at 2 am, and now it's 6 am and I'm still here at the airport car park (literally standing here writing this). I've called multiple times and they keep saying it'll be 20 more minutes... I even have my two kids with me, which just makes this whole situation even worse! The customer service is awful, and my family is still here, cold and tired, waiting for the car!
Quick and efficient customer service
They were great at dealing with my problem, it made me feel reassured and happy! I'll definitely use them again as they listened and fixed everything for me.

The parking service was absolutely fantastic. Right from when I booked, the communication was spot on and on time. The staff were really professional and polite, which made everything super easy. Terrible parking service
Yeah, so we decided to try out this parking service and you won't believe what happened. When the driver came to pick us up, he was actually on his phone while driving! It felt really unsafe and unprofessional, I mean, seriously? And then, when we got back from our trip, it took ages for them to pick us up from the airport. Can you believe that our car had been driven 4 miles and was totally filthy inside and out? They assured us it would stay in one place, but that clearly wasn't the case. Really not happy about the whole experience, definitely won't be using them again, that's for sure!
Airport parking service review
I recently used an airport parking service for my family holiday at London Gatwick, and to be honest, it was a bit of a nightmare. When we got back late at night, I was shocked to see my car covered in bird poo and other mess, which wasn't really the welcome back I was hoping for. The next morning, I could see that my car wasn't just a bit dirty - it was absolutely caked in tree bits, bird poo, and even some cat paw prints. It was so frustrating, especially as I usually take really good care of my car and had only cleaned it two days earlier. It looked like they'd parked my car under a tree that just kept dropping stuff all over it. On top of that, I couldn't park in the main car park because I had a roof box on my car, but that's not really the parking service's fault.
When I checked my trip computer, I was shocked to see that my car had been driven 11.5 miles while it was supposed to be safely parked up. And, to add insult to injury, they'd even unplugged my dash cam (without asking!) and taken my car for a spin for no good reason. I was not impressed at all.Airport lounge booking amendment

Meet and Greet airport parking
I recently gave the Meet and Greet airport parking service a go, and I have to say it was a breeze. The drop off spot was super close to the terminal, so getting there was a doddle with no hassle at all. The team there were dead nice and really switched on, and the office was spotless and looked after. I really liked being able to just hand over my keys and let someone else park up my car, it took a load off my mind for the trip. All in all, it was a top way to kick off and finish my holiday with this service. Cheers!
10-hour Flight Nightmare
I had a nightmare situation coming back from a long flight when I found out the parking service I booked was on strike. After a exhausting journey, the worst thing was being stuck at the airport and being told to figure out my own way home. I had to really push for them to sort out an Uber for me. I was left feeling so annoyed and let down by the company's lack of customer service and communication. And on top of that, I still haven't got a refund. I definitely wouldn't recommend using this service.
Overpriced airport lounge voucher
I wouldn't recommend getting a voucher for an airport lounge from that service - it ended up being more expensive than if I had just booked it myself. It really felt like a rip-off and a total waste of money. I'll definitely steer clear of them in the future.
Voucher for discounted parking
I bought a voucher for cheaper parking from a different website not long ago. But when I tried to use the voucher, I didn't get the discount they said I would. The fine print told me to get in touch with the parking company to sort it out. I tried contacting them, but it's been over a week now, and I still haven't heard back from them. The lack of communication and them not sticking to their promise of a discount has really annoyed me. So, I've made up my mind to find somewhere else to park in the future.
Cancelled booking refund
I had to cancel my booking with this parking service because of something unexpected, but the refund process was actually really quick and efficient. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Skyparking.co.uk. Despite booking a 4-day parking service at Birmingham International Station and paying in advance, I was unable to use the service as the contact information provided by the company was non-existent. The telephone numbers provided, 08393531338 and 0330 1133 200, did not connect me to any valid line, and my email to the company went unanswered.
This is an unacceptable level of customer service, and I strongly suspect that Skyparking.co.uk is operating a fraudulent business. It is alarming that they are able to accept payments and make bookings without providing valid contact information or responding to customer inquiries.
I urge anyone considering using Skyparking.co.uk to exercise caution and consider alternative parking options. I also encourage those who have had similar experiences to report them to the relevant authorities to prevent others from falling victim to this type of scam.

They made it more comfortable ever to by stopping roaring on roads, wastage of fuel ,time and irrigation is most effective factor
