Bed purchase
I bought a bed from this company not too long ago and I was a bit worried at first because of the reviews I read on Trustpilot. But I decided to get in touch with the company directly and I was actually pleasantly surprised by how quick and helpful their response was. They gave me an estimated delivery date and they actually delivered within a reasonable time frame. The bed arrived about 4-5 weeks after I ordered it and I'm really happy with the quality of the product. All in all, I had a good experience with this company and I would definitely recommend them to others in the future.

Two pairs of leggings
I bought two pairs of leggings from this shop not long ago. The delivery went well and the leggings were good quality. However, they turned out to be too short for me, so I had to return them. When I tried to email customer service to ask about the return process and costs, my emails wouldn't go through. This lack of communication and poor customer service really disappointed me and left me feeling frustrated with the whole experience.
