Where to start with these lot... First I order a UPS from Quzo.co.uk on the morning of 06/03/2025. Money goes out my account and to them via PayPal.
I check the order status throughout the day, nothing seems to change.
I send them an email on 07/03/2025 at 5pm asking when it'll be dispatched. No response.
I continue checking the order status page which now says it's been handed over to the courier, but underneath that it says 'Preparing for delivery' I send an email to their support address on 11/03/2025 at 5pm. No response.
I send another email on 12/03/2025 asking when it'll be dispatched. No response with no change to the order page.
On 13/03/2025, the estimate that it's due to be delivered, I get an email from "Samuel" who is probably the owner, Richard O'Hara, telling me '...the payment did not go through and your order was automatically cancelled.'
I respond telling him I have emails of the receipt of payment via PayPal to his company of the amount of £407.30. He continues to lie and tell me the payment was cancelled and proceeded to tell me he can't sell something for free, when he is the one who cancelled the payment?
This company is a fraud. It is clear Richard cancelled my order and payment several days after taking my payment, then decided to lie to me and tell me my payment didn't go through.
On top of all that Richard increased the price of the item to over 2x the amount I had paid on the website's listing.
Would you really trust a company who emails as Richard but signs off as Samuel?

I bought a laptop from an online shop not long ago and I have to say, it was a really great experience. The whole ordering process was really easy and straightforward, thanks to their user-friendly website. The customer service team was also super helpful and quick to respond to all my questions, giving me all the info I needed before buying. And the pricing was pretty good too, especially when you consider the quality of the product. Overall, I was really happy with my purchase.
Smart TV purchase
I was a bit unsure about ordering from Quzo at first because I wasn't sure how long they'd been around or how reliable they are. But I was really pleased with how fast they delivered my smart TV, and it works perfectly. I managed to get a discontinued model at a much lower price than I would have paid at somewhere like Argos.
PC case purchase
I was a bit unsure about buying from Quzo at first because their prices were so good, but I'm really pleased I went ahead. The help and support I got from Richard were top-notch. I bought a PC case from Quzo that was way cheaper than other places. Unfortunately, the case arrived damaged, but it wasn't really Quzo's fault, it was the manufacturer's mess-up. But Richard was really quick to help out and got a replacement sent over. Even when a bit of the second case was damaged, Richard stayed calm and got a replacement part arranged from the manufacturer. Thanks to Richard's amazing customer service, I managed to finish building my PC without any problems.
SSD purchase mix-up
I recently ordered a top-of-the-line SSD from this company, excited to upgrade my storage. But can you believe it, they sent me a puny 1TB version instead of the 4TB one I forked out for! What a letdown! And to make matters worse, when I got in touch with them to sort out the error, they were more bothered about a little returns fee than making things right by refunding me for the time and money I wasted because of their mistake. Utterly absurd, if you ask me!
New laptop purchase
I was pretty amazed at how fast my new laptop turned up after I ordered it. The packaging was really good and kept my new treasure safe and sound during delivery. I was really impressed with the level of care they took in that department.
Efficient and reliable service
I recently bought something from Quzo and I have to say I was really happy with the service I got. The item I ordered came quickly and was top-notch quality. I was a bit unsure at first because I didn't know the company, but now I trust them and their amazing customer support. I'll definitely be shopping with Quzo again in the future.
Graphics card purchase
I was proper scared about buying stuff online because loads of websites are scams, but Quzo was actually really good! I got the 7900 xtx Taichi graphics card because it was the cheapest price I could find. I ordered on a Friday and it was sent out on Monday, ready to be delivered by DPD the next day. Super fast service and no worries at all - Quzo is legit!
Cricut Explore 3 machine
I was so excited when I found the Cricut Explore 3 machine at such an amazing price on Quzo. At first, I was a bit unsure because the price was a lot lower than other places, but I saw some good reviews and decided to take a chance. I got in touch with customer service about getting a VAT receipt, and I was really impressed by how quickly Richard got back to me. The website said it would take a week for delivery, but I was shocked when the machine turned up in less than 24 hours, all safely packed up in its original boxes. I had no problems registering the product with Cricut and ended up saving £70 compared to the usual retail price. Overall, I'm super happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be saving Quzo in my bookmarks for future shopping.
Save money
I was totally convinced that the website was dodgy, the price for the item was too good to be true. But I took a chance and placed an order, and to my surprise, it arrived really quickly! I ended up saving £100 in the process. I'm definitely going to place another order, the prices are amazing and the delivery service is top-notch. Awesome headphones
Guys, I picked up these amazing headphones from Quzo and they came right on time and in perfect condition. The packaging was fantastic, felt like unwrapping a birthday present! I had a question about the headphones, but this guy Richard was super quick in helping me out and knew everything I needed. When I tested them out, they worked perfectly! I'll definitely be back to shop at Quzo when I need anything else. Also, these headphones were much cheaper than others I had seen. Such a great deal!
Soundcard purchase
I recently bought a soundcard from Quzo and I have to admit, I was really impressed with the whole experience. The website was easy to use and ordering was a breeze. The soundcard arrived promptly and was well packaged. It came much quicker than I thought, so that was a nice surprise. It was obvious that it was sent from UK stock, just like they said in the product description.

I stumbled upon the OLED TV on this website, was a bit hesitant at first due to the price being much lower than other stores. Cheap TV purchase
I was checking out some reviews on Trustpilot and thought I'd give Quzo a try for buying a TV because it was much cheaper than other places.
