Luxury break at a manor
I recently booked a 3-night stay at a manor near Chester and was really impressed by how easy the booking process was and the abundance of information provided. The location of the manor was ideal as it allowed us to explore Chester, Wirral, and North Wales. The hotel itself was comfortable and the staff were friendly. However, I was a bit let down by the lack of room facilities in what was supposed to be a 4-star upgraded room. The room could have done with some maintenance and a bit of TLC. It felt like the hotel was more focused on weddings than on regular guests.

Helmet purchase at great price
At first, I had some doubts about buying from a website that had a mix of reviews, especially one from a different country. But it all worked out really well in the end. I managed to snag a helmet at nearly $100 less than the manufacturer's price, and the quality was top-notch. It looked brilliant and I was really happy with my buy in general. The only downside was that it took about 2 weeks for it to get from Germany to the US. But given the distance, I can't grumble too much about the delivery time.

Date change request
I just got off the phone with this lovely customer service lady called Jenny. She was absolutely fantastic in helping me switch the date of my booking for an upcoming trip to a popular theme park. Jenny's customer service was outstanding, and she turned what could have been a really stressful situation into a positive experience. She really went the extra mile to help me out, and I am truly grateful for her assistance. I have used this service before and I will definitely be using it again in the future. Thanks a lot.

International health insurance
My experience with the international health insurance I bought was really disappointing. They took money from my account without telling me first and were not quick to reimburse claims, which made everything more complicated and slow. The company's communication was really bad, so I felt frustrated and in the dark about what was happening with my claims. Even though I saw some good reviews, I still hadn't been reimbursed for my glasses after two months, despite being told it would be a fast process. They also made me wait 3 to 12 months for certain services, which was not what they said in their ads. Overall, I would definitely recommend avoiding this health insurance provider.

2 packs of 3 pairs of pants
I ordered two packs of three pairs of pants but only got one. I got in touch with customer service about the missing pack and after a long argument, they offered me store credit for 15 pounds. I said no to that because I wanted my money back in full. Even though they said they would get the manager involved, I never heard anything back and got ignored. So I decided to contact my card company and got the refund that was rightfully mine.
