Printer purchase, quick delivery
So, when I bought my 3D printer from this place, I was pretty worried because I'd seen plenty of bad reviews on Trustpilot. But you know what? It turned up in just 2 days and the delivery was free. It felt like a dream come true! The printer was in great condition and they also have a variety of cool filaments, tools, and spare parts to choose from. I will definitely be buying from them again if they continue to be this awesome!

Refund delay
I returned my items for a refund two weeks ago, but still haven't heard anything about it. Even though I showed them proof that it was delivered, the company hasn't got back to me at all. It's really frustrating because I need that money to buy dresses for my wedding. Their lack of communication and action is really disappointing and it's making me wonder if I'll ever see my money again.
