TNFC London
I ordered 2 of the same dress that were different sizes, as a possible bridesmaid dress. The dresses, although they were meant to be the same, did not match in colour. Many of the threads on the dress were loose and some had come off altogether. Very poor quality dresses. I returned the dresses 3 weeks ago and have not heard from TNFC London or received any discount. It was expensive to return the dresses and the cost is not covered. I will never order from this site again and recommend shopping elsewhere!
Bad Customer Service
The dress was beautiful but didn't fit. By the time I realized it 2 weeks were past and they refused to accept my return request. In 2018 that is ridiculous. No one has those strict of return policies. Terrible loss of my money.
Subpar Customer Service
I decided to get my bridesmaids dresses from TFNC London because they all looked so beautiful and I figured a brand that is carried by asos has to be good, right? Well, my maid of honor’s dress arrived and instead of a size 16, they sent her a size 6. Not even close... I thought surely if I sent them an email I could correct the mistake and be issued a full refund, including for return shipping because well, it wasn’t like it was our fault that they sent the WRONG DRESS SIZE. They said “Go ahead and send it back for a refund, but we can’t reimburse you for return shipping!” I said “Well, can you offer me a discount code or a credit?” Then they proceeded to offer me the discount code that is available for all customers. I really don’t even want to do this all over again times 6, so I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, but it really is a shame. I just hope they indeed refund us for the dress and original shipping, otherwise I’ll be back to write another review.
