3 pairs of earrings
The earrings are absolutely lovely with very unique design. However one of the staffs at the oxford street store was horrible to me. I asked kindly whether there would be a new pair since everyone has been touching the displayed pair, the staff looked offended and said ‘take it or leave it, that’s it.’ I was stunned by such horrible attitude. The experience was really bad. I won’t ever buy from the store again despite the nice earrings. Very disappointed.

Absolutely appalling service and money down the drain. Placed an order for products which were listed as in stock with guideline timelines. The result, Carethy opted to substitute the products I ordered without notificationt and giving me the option to cancel my order before shipping. On receipt of the wrong products I submitted a complaint via their online form (only option available to contact customer service). I ended up doing this 3 times with not a single response. If I could give them zero stars, I would. DO NOT USE!
