Conference Table
What an appalling experience!
I purchased a conference table with two central power supply from Clippings after getting in touch with one of their sales representatives, who mislead me into believing the supplier was quoting him 4-6 weeks lead-time, shorter than what was advised on their website. He then proceeded to send us a link to the item on their website and suggested I'd place the order online.
This was the 19th of April and the order was confirmed by Clippings a few days later, on the 24th. Until here, nothing was out of the ordinary.
I let four weeks pass and I contacted customer support to receive an update on the delivery date - I was told the item wasn't ready yet and that there would be some delays. They eventually received the item in their warehouse on the 24th of June and they asked me only then to confirm a date and details for the delivery. It was a Friday and by the time I received their email and replied asking for the delivery to happen on Monday, a request that presumably reached them too late and this did not happen - further delaying the delivery date.
What happened instead is that they started commenting on the difficulties their team would have encountered because of the size and the weight of the table. Yes, they realised the size and the weight of the table 9 weeks into this painful process. Now suggesting that they will have sent one of their team next week (again) on the 4th of July for a site survey.
I am all in favour of safety, but with all the time that had passed, I suspected that this was an excuse not to allocate workforce for the delivery in the first place.
They eventually turned around after my complaints and the table was delivered on the 4th of July... but IT WAS NOT THE RIGHT TABLE: the table top was plain, with no power supply! Mind that in the order confirmation, the picture was that of the one we expected to receive!!!
After getting in contact with them they argued that they offer different designs for many of their products and that I should have enquired about the power supply when ordering. THERE IS NO OPTION GIVEN ON THEIR WEBSITE, nor suggestion about the different designs, nor extra cost for different designs. I spoke with a sales representative on the day of the purchase, I mentioned exactly what I was looking for and he directed me to their website, without mentioning that the pictures were only for reference of a possible design!!!
Now, Clippings has failed to find a solution: they told us that we could order a second table and that they would arrange a discounted price.
I am now stuck with an incomplete product, 13 weeks after I place the order.
What really annoys me is that they find it acceptable to use on their selling platform 'pictures for reference' for items that they don't intend to produce! And blaming the customer for failing to inform them of the desired product specification... also when the picture on the order confirmation is what one should expect!
I have been emailing them for a month, I don't believe that any of my complaints have been taken seriously and nothing has been resolved. They stopped replying to my emails in August.
Nonetheless the table is already showing scratches and in some parts the finish is dented. Bear in mind that we only use the table to run meetings.

Weight loss products
While I was working from home, planning to set up a new office space after the other one had challenges, I realized I was adding much weight which control had to be applied immediately. What working from home did was to cut off that daily going out and get busied and sweat out in the process thereby burning down fat. So I was just one place adding weight. Even at some point, I decided to get exercised, but that didn't help much in reversing the situation and rather pointed at weight solution experts. Thankfully, I found Optifast who provides products and services for weight control. I had to buy their diet products and I must say the products have performed so welll that I would recommend to others with nothing to be afraid of.

Looking through the sites-shops selling women's clothing, I accidentally found out about a store like Zaful. And I made my first order-it was a Dropped Shoulder Valentine Crop Sweatshirt. My order came quickly and is well Packed in a branded Zaful package. The quality of this jacket I was very pleased! The fabric was very pleasant to the body! Since then, I have already made more than eleven orders for Zaful and was not mistaken in my choice! I mostly ordered women's clothes! Everything is at the highest level! The quality is great! Good support! And great prices! I recommend Zaful!
They post fake reviews all over the place. It is ridiculous, they won't reply to me and owe me a refund... it looks as though there is a pattern. DONT BUT FROM THESE PEOPLE!

Agreed. A swam. If you request a refund for an incorrect item, they just ignore it, despite saying they will contact you within 24 hours. Still waiting for a response one week later.
i was very worried by the amount of reviews saying it was a scam. Although, the delivery time is quite long when i get the clothes they were nice quality and the fit was great. Will definitely order again!!

After placing my order I read a LOT of negative reviews about PatPat but I can happily say my purchases are all beautiful and they look exactly like the images so pleased with them! they said it would take up to 10 working days to receive them and I received them within 7. Very happy I would definitely use again and recommend to other people.

Graphic Design
I got the free graphic design course and the quality is good, the explanations are clear. I enjoy it very much. however what I do not like is being to buy certificates (at £40 a module) - the course has 4 modules + tookits for every module (another £40). I would prefer to have the full price upfront and make my choices in the beginning. So free doesn't really mean free, when will I ever learn that?!
Oh, and it's not interactive - it's only a "bot" who never knows the answers to any questions. Good idea, poor execution.Review about: Shaw Academy

Great course, full of information, and clearly taught

I have started doing Graphic Design, the course is well laid out and I like the accountability of doing it, and reminders they send. However what I find totally dishonest of Shaw Academy is the fact that you have to pay £40 for each module toolkit and £40 for each e-certificate for each module - which makes it unaffordable. I was offered a £50 "lifetime" membership but then I got a call saying it's not really lifetime, it's 1 year and it cost £199 really since they will include toolkits and certificates. What?? So dear Shaw Academy creators, my suggestion for improvement is BE TRANSPARENT with your prices before you advertise your courses as free or lifetime. I do not deny the quality of the course but I'd rather know the full fee (including toolkits/certificate) BEFORE I join. thank you.
I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up for the Diploma Digital Marketing.
As a marketing professional of 20 years, digital marketing is something that I have really taught myself over the past 10 years, and I wanted to undertake a more formal training to properly understand the academic theory behind the subject.
The first session was quick paced and content rich. I found the chatbot really offputting with its cheerleader style encouragements everytime I responded to a question.
The final challenge was tricky as it lacked real context - maybe I'm missing something. I will persevere.
Not impressed by the onslaught of emails that I have recieved from Shaw - it's just too much. I've signed up for the programme and I take responsibility to show up - I don't need 6 emails to reming me and another 4 requesting me to give feedback.I just started my free excel online classes and I don't want to my comment yet. but so far its very interesting
Even after I have premium membership, I will have to pay for the e certificate, as I am having premium membership I would like to have some discounts on the same
A lot of emails flooding in.. would have liked to have spoken to someone first re the course as had a few questions. Received an email saying this was your way of communication which I find very impersonal.
Thanks to persistence of the introductory process, I did attend the first class and was glad that I had. I know that time invested in learning is never wasted and I indeed came away with some key concepts that I had not known before, you can't put a price on that! I look forward to continuing the course and expect that my knowledge and experience will be enhanced.

It's a great learning place, the educator is very knowledgable about their field and Shaw academy works hard to make sure your needs are being met! Love it! Would recommend to all my friends and family!!

I saw this Shaw Academy ad on facebook by chance. I am considering to change careers after this pandemic is over. And I wanted to have a thorough understanding and be able to use Excel, at least the basic ones, before jumping the ship. I love the flexibility as we are allowed to set dates or change it according to our preferences! This is awesome! I signed up for the 4 days free trial but for some reason my card got deducted when I enrolled my card. This makes me want to literally spend time and focus on the modules and take the courses seriously. LOL! Excited to see how this class will end.

I like the courses, the information provided is helpful, however, the first modules for most courses are too basic. Also, I have experienced a couple of technical issues with the site. One course just disappeared from my course page. I have contacted support several times, but I got a ticket number that does not work when I click on it, and no ones seems gets back to me on this issue. The other issue I have is that when I reschedule my classes, I get a confirmation the class was rescheduled successfully, I block time out for the class, and when I am about to start, the class changes time without previous notice. I am unhappy with these two situations.
Definitely some interesting and useful content, but I received 9 emails in the past 5 hours alone. That's ridiculous. Granted, a few were reminders about a class this morning, but since he class started, I've received 6 marketing emails that essentially are "high pressure" "time is running out!" "the world will end and you won't advance in your business if you don't buy our special diploma!!!!" or "last chance" emails. Key takeaway for me here is that it's never truly the last chance to make a sale. You don't think your product is worth purchasing or you wouldn't feel the need for high pressure sales tactics (i.e. I won't buy it because it's so amazing, but rather because I'm under pressure from a ridiculous and meaningless countdown). All told, I'm glad I had the free trial so that I could get a sense for your content, but especially for how stupidly full my inbox would be every day if I continued to be part of your business model. No thanks.
I just finished class one, and I must say I thoroughly enjoyed the manner in which the instructor relayed the information. She broke it down into simple, yet concise points of information. Great class, and I am very glad to have come across this on Instagram!

It's my first course and I can't wait to learn more about Financial Trading and Investment. Slides and readings have been prepare for review and once you missed a class you could watch a recording or even re-schedule so you could attend on your prefered time.
