Misleading product description
When I got my order, I was really disappointed because the clothes didn't look as good as they did on the website. The material felt really cheap and the sizing was all wrong. It's so annoying when you've worked hard for your money and then end up with something that's just not up to scratch.

My birthday present
Oh my gosh, this company is just so unprofessional! I mean, they sent me the wrong item not just once, but twice! Can you even believe it? And on top of that, they even messed up the delivery address - it's a total disaster! I honestly can't handle how terrible their service is. And let's not even talk about the mix-up with the refund. It's absolutely ridiculous, like, seriously, come on Miinto, sort it out!
