Saint Laurent boots from a seller on Miinto
I recently bought a pair of designer boots from a seller on Miinto, and I have to say I'm really impressed with the whole experience. The boots arrived quickly and were exactly as described, which is always a plus when shopping online. I did have to return the first pair I ordered because of sizing issues, but the refund process was easy and I got my money back quickly. The customer service team was also really helpful when the return slip and label were missing, they sorted it out for me straight away. All in all, I had a great time shopping on Miinto and I'll definitely be using their services again in the future. I highly recommend them to others.

I was really happy with how quickly my order arrived in the UK, and the customer service I received was top-notch. I had been on the hunt for a specific dress that I was having trouble finding, so I was over the moon when I found out this company delivers to the UK. Poor communication and complicated returns process
My order took a whole week to get to me, and I've had a hard time trying to return it because there wasn't enough documentation included. I've sent multiple emails asking for a returns label, but I'm still waiting for the right paperwork. The company keeps responding with emojis but no helpful information. The live chat isn't functional, and the helpline has long waiting times.
Wrong item sent
I'm really frustrated right now. I ordered this awesome Bottega Men's T-shirt, but instead, I received this dull women's crop top. It's like, what is even going on? I asked for a small logo in the bottom corner in size XS. They sent me something totally different. I just don't understand 🙄

I recently bought some stuff from a shop in Poland, not my first time ordering from there. The things were well wrapped when they arrived, like before. Had a bit of a problem with DHL duties, could have meant extra charges. Luckily, the customer service was on it, sorted it out in a few days, and I didn't have to fork out any extra cash. The delivery was only a day late, no biggie really, especially compared to the fab deal I got on the items.

I had to cancel my order the same day I placed it, and Miinto customer service was really quick to help me out. I sent them a message in the morning, and within an hour, they sorted out my refund even though the Boutique had already accepted my order. Sneakers purchase
I bought a pair of trainers from this website not too long ago, and to be honest, I was pretty gutted with the state they turned up in. The trainers were in a box that looked like it had been badly taped up, and it had clear signs of damage and marks on it. One of the trainers even seemed like it had been tried on by a few different people. When I got in touch with customer service to sort it out, they were so dismissive, telling me to fill out a warranty claim form like I had done something to mess them up. Overall, I was really disappointed with the whole experience, and I won't be buying from them again.

Oh my gosh, this company is just so unprofessional! I mean, they sent me the wrong item not just once, but twice! Can you even believe it? And on top of that, they even messed up the delivery address - it's a total disaster! I honestly can't handle how terrible their service is. And let's not even talk about the mix-up with the refund. It's absolutely ridiculous, like, seriously, come on Miinto, sort it out!
Empty box received
I'm really gutted about my recent experience with this company's delivery service. The box I received was completely empty and it was pretty clear that someone had messed with it at some point. It looked like the tape had been cut, contents taken, and then sealed back up again. It's just not right, you know, and it's so disappointing to think about the dishonesty involved.
To top it off, it's been 3 weeks now and I still haven't got my refund. It's so frustrating how it seems like they're putting the blame on me, even though the DHL delivery person saw me opening the package and could tell something was off just by the weight of the box.
I would seriously suggest to anyone thinking about buying from this company to look for other options, because it's just not worth the hassle.Order cancellation and returns process
I recently had a bit of a nightmare trying to cancel an order and return some items with Miinto. I tried to cancel my order before it was even dispatched, but for some reason, I just couldn't get it done. Then, when the items (2 of them) arrived and I decided to send them back, the whole returns process was a bit confusing. I didn't realise I had to send the items back in separate packages, so I just popped them both into one package and arranged for them to be collected, which took me about 20 minutes. But, I'm still waiting for my refund and it's pretty disappointing. All in all, I'd say this has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had.
