I'm really looking forward to my stay at the hotel now, and I'm very pleased with how smoothly the whole booking process has gone. Payment was easy, and I got confirmation quickly. The communication from Secret Escapes was friendly and efficient, which I really appreciated.

Necklace turned black within a week
I bought a necklace and it turned black after just a week of wearing it. I emailed customer service to complain, and they basically said it's normal for silver to tarnish. But that's strange to me because I've worn silver jewellery for ages and never had this problem before. It's a shame because I bought the necklace for a special event, only for it to tarnish so fast. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this company, it feels dodgy to me.

Sandals purchase
The buying process at this company was so smooth and easy. I really liked the website, it was easy to use and the product descriptions were clear. But I do wish they had more info on sizing, especially for the European sizes. The shoes I got were a bit bigger than I expected, which was a bit disappointing. But the sandals were really good quality and exactly what I was looking for. The only little issue was that my package got stuck in China for a bit, so there was a delay in getting my order. Overall, I had a good time shopping with this company.
