Photo etched key rings as memorial gifts
I recently bought two photo etched key rings with special messages on the back as memorial gifts. I was really impressed with the quality of the products, they were even better than I expected, and the service was super quick. I appreciate the kindness that was shown during this difficult time.
Engraved pendant
I bought a pendant with engravings from this website, but when it arrived, the engravings were barely visible! I got in touch with customer service, and they explained that the images on the site are touched up, making the engravings appear darker in pictures. They assured me that the engravings would become more visible with time, although this was not mentioned in the product description. They referred to it as an 'industry standard' practice, but it's unfair to customers, like myself, who are not aware of these details!
Sterling Silver Heart Disc Personalised Necklace with "silver upgrade"
I bought a Sterling Silver Heart Disc Personalised Necklace with a "silver upgrade" as a birthday gift for my wife. At first, it seemed to be good quality, but after just a month, the chain went black and the disc became tarnished and faded. It now looks cheap and badly made. I contacted the company for help, but considering the bad reviews about their customer service, I doubt I'll get a good outcome. I wish I had checked Trustpilot reviews before buying. I recommend others to avoid this company to prevent any similar letdowns in the future.
Cheap bracelet broke after 3 weeks
My work mates got me a bracelet for my 60th birthday, but it fell off my wrist only 3 weeks later. When I told the company, they said it looked like I had broken it myself, but I swear I didn't. The chain was just not good quality. Don't waste your money on it, it was expensive. Find a better company that values their customers.
Necklace purchase for niece
The customer service at LoveSilver is fantastic. I had a problem with the necklace I bought, but the team really went out of their way to sort it out quickly and without any hassle. It's actually the second time I've shopped with them, and I'll definitely be back again. My niece absolutely loves the necklace, and she was so happy to have it fixed. And what's even better is that they didn't charge anything extra for their help. LoveSilver really does go the extra mile for their customers.
Silver necklace purchase
I recently bought a silver necklace and honestly, I'm really disappointed with it. Despite looking after it well, it's already tarnishing and turning black after only a few months. I've had other silver necklaces for years without any issues like this. On top of that, the customer service wasn't great - they just suggested buying more cleaning products from them to fix it. It felt like they were blaming me instead of owning up to the fact that their product isn't up to scratch. I wouldn't recommend buying from them and suggest finding somewhere better for silver jewellery.
Bracelets with poor quality
I bought some bracelets recently and they were really terrible quality. One of them had a loop that was way too big for the T bar, so I had to get it fixed by someone else. Then the chain actually snapped! And to top it off, the clasp on the other bracelet broke as soon as I put it on, so I had to get that fixed too. And all of this happened within just 6 weeks of buying them. I wouldn't advise anyone to get these bracelets.
Silver chains purchase
I bought two silver chains from this shop because I thought I had lost my old one. When the chains arrived, they looked really nice and the quality seemed good. But after wearing them for just 2-3 days, I noticed they had faded and turned a greenish colour. I was pretty disappointed with how quickly they deteriorated and wouldn't suggest buying from this store. In my view, it's not worth the money.
Personalised silver necklace
I bought a personalised silver necklace for a family member and it broke within minutes due to poor craftsmanship. I got in touch with customer service and they only offered me a measly 10% off for a replacement or told me I could pay £10 for a new one to be made. I turned down the offer and asked for a full refund, but now I'm getting no response after making more complaints. I'm really disappointed with the low quality and poor customer service.
Necklace turned black within a week
I bought a necklace and it turned black after just a week of wearing it. I emailed customer service to complain, and they basically said it's normal for silver to tarnish. But that's strange to me because I've worn silver jewellery for ages and never had this problem before. It's a shame because I bought the necklace for a special event, only for it to tarnish so fast. I wouldn't advise anyone to buy from this company, it feels dodgy to me.

I bought some amazing silver jewellery from here recently and I have to say, I am really impressed. The quality is fantastic and the designs are absolutely stunning. I've bought a few pieces from this store and I've loved every single one. Despite a few bad reviews I've come across, I can honestly say that my experience has been nothing short of amazing.
Necklace purchase, poor quality, and customer service
I'm really gutted about the necklace I bought from this company. It broke after just a few months, and the customer service wasn't helpful at all. They said I'd have to pay for the repairs myself, which isn't right. It's made me think badly of the company. When you buy something, you should expect good quality and service. I'm gonna take further action to sort this out.
Tree of life pendant
I bought a tree of life pendant for my wife to mark the arrival of our child a few weeks back. Sadly, the chain unexpectedly broke not long after and we nearly lost the pendant. I reached out to customer service, but they quickly pointed the finger at my wife and only offered a small 20% discount for a replacement chain. It's disheartening to see a company dodging responsibility for their faulty items. Their lack of response to my follow-up email has made up my mind - I won't be buying from them again.
3 love heart pendant
I bought a lovely heart pendant recently and I've got to say, I was really impressed with the amazing service I got. The customer service was outstanding, they really went out of their way to make sure everything was just right for me. I liked that they emailed me some sample drawings of what I wanted, to make sure I was happy with how it would turn out. Even though I was ordering from Ireland, I was pleasantly surprised to get my pendant in less than a week. And the pendant itself is just stunning, the engraving is really well done.
Silver locket necklace broke
I purchased this really lovely necklace with a locket, but unfortunately it broke after just one use! I attempted to reach out for assistance on three separate occasions, but received no response. Such a shame, I wouldn't recommend buying from there.
Three-heart necklace purchase
I bought a three-heart necklace from your store not long ago, but unfortunately, the biggest heart fell off after I wore it just once. I've already contacted customer services through email and Facebook Messenger, and I'll give them a call tomorrow. I was really just hoping to get the heart replaced, but I'm starting to doubt the quality of your products and regretting spending £70.
Silver keyring purchase
I bought a silver keyring for my partner back in September 2022. But when I put only three normal size keys on it, the ring actually bent and wouldn't close properly anymore. I got in touch with customer service to see if they could help, but even though they got back to me quickly, they said we must have broken it and offered to sell me a new one at an extra price. I asked them to think about it again, but they couldn't find a solution. Basically, the keyring might look good, but it's not very good quality and doesn't hold up to regular use at all.
Cheap fake silver
I would strongly advise against dealing with this company! Their products are just cheap knock-offs, honestly. I bought a chain and pendant from them, and they started to tarnish after only 2 weeks. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare as well - it was impossible to get anything resolved. Trust me, do yourself a favour and stay away from this company.
Silver bracelet purchase
I bought a silver bracelet from this company recently, but sadly, after only a few weeks of wearing it, it started to turn yellow. I got in touch with the company and told them that I always wear silver jewellery and my other silver chain, bought from another place, didn't have the same problem. Despite this, the company said the discolouration was because I wore it in the shower, which I knew wasn't true. I sent the bracelet back and asked for a refund, but they just said no and now they won't give it back. This isn't the kind of service or quality I would expect from a trustworthy company.
Customized jewellery
It was my parents 50th wedding anniversary coming up and it was a course for celebration. We all love jewellery in the family which I believe we copied from the parents. So one of the ways I personally wanted to make the occasion memorable was to create custom jewellery for all, starting from dad and mom to the grandchildren. It was interesting concept aimed at making everyone shines that day. LoveSilver actually got the deal to create the necklaces and pendants. Although I felt I could be disappointed by failure to deliver on time or delivering not good quality products, but good to see that LoveSilver customized the jewellery to fit the desire and descriptions as well as delivering on time and everyone was happy putting on theirs during the day.
