Scammy and terrible service
This website is a complete con! They just keep on taking your money even when you've cancelled your subscription. And trying to delete your profile? Forget about it - they just send you to their useless customer service team who never even bother replying. Talk about a dodgy bunch of crooks!

Fixed my broken steamer
My steamer had conked out on me, which was a real bummer. Luckily, Jessica came to the rescue and sent over some instructions on how to get it up and running again! She talked me through the process and now my steamer is working perfectly. Big thanks to Jessica for saving the day!

Henley Shirt for £149.00
I recently bought a Henley Shirt for £149.00, but I was disappointed when a big hole appeared after wearing it only twice. The seam came apart, and the quality of the product was not up to scratch. When I contacted customer service, they only offered the usual options of exchange or refund, but they wanted the shirt back first before they would do anything. I suggested they send me a new shirt first and I would return the original, but they refused. The manager I spoke to seemed to think it was funny, which didn't sit right with me. After this experience, I've decided not to buy anything else from this company. It's a shame because I was thinking of getting more items, especially with the Bond connection, but it looks like N.Peal doesn't offer good quality for the prices they ask.

Multi-hotel transfer booking
It's a shame that the website doesn't make it easier to book transfers to multiple hotels in the same city. I recently had to book separate journeys to two different hotels in the same city, and it was quite inconvenient. It would be great if there was an option to book one journey to one hotel from the airport and then another journey from a different hotel back to the airport. This isn't the first time I've encountered this issue, as I've also experienced it when staying in two different towns in the Algarve. It's frustrating because plenty of people take multi-city and multi-hotel holidays, and it seems like a simple fix that the website should be able to provide.

Fast, convenient, effective
The customer service at this place is absolutely fantastic! They were so quick and friendly when helping me with my order and made sure it arrived on time. The product itself seems to be working great, just as they promised. I've only used it once up to now, but it didn't seem to bother the pets nearby, which is such a relief. It's way more convenient and less overpowering than sprays and those strong-smelling wrist bands. I also really like how well it stays on clothing. All in all, it's been a really good experience.

Amazing lights
The lights were really amazing and eye-catching, but it took an eternity for them to show up. And when they finally did, I had to fork out extra for customs fees! Totally unfair, if you ask me. It feels like I was deceived into making the purchase. Really not cool.

I bought a dress online recently and I was really pleased with it. The company's service was great and the dress was just like how it was shown on the website. The quality was top-notch. Ordering it was simple and quick, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fast it arrived. I do miss being able to go to a store though and try things on before buying them.

I recently made my first purchase and I have to say, I was really pleased with how it all turned out. I went for the free delivery option with an estimated arrival time of 3-5 days, but I was so surprised when it actually came the very next day! The packaging was really convenient too, as it slotted right through my letterbox, so no need to wait around for it. The compact size is also handy for taking with me when I'm working away or going on holiday. I've already decided to buy all my supplements from here in the future because the prices are good and the service is top-notch.
