Return process difficulties
I had a nightmare trying to return something the other day. The customer service team said it was damaged, even though I'd only worn it once, and wouldn't swap it for a different size. On top of that, it cost 7 Euros to return, and they only sent me the label by email 5 days later. It was so annoying and took up so much time.

High-quality products
I recently bought some really great stuff from this shop and I have to say, I'm super impressed. They have a great selection of products, from clothes to homeware and I love everything I got. The customer service was also really good, they were very helpful.

Trousers for Christmas
I ordered some trousers from this shop towards the end of November so that they would get here in time for Christmas. However, when they arrived and didn't fit right, I discovered that they only accept returns for items ordered between 4th - 24th December. What a disappointment! I can't even swap them for a different size, so now I'm left with trousers that don't fit me properly. Seems like a waste of money and time, in my opinion.

Waterproofs purchase
I wish I had read some of these reviews before buying these waterproofs. My husband and I love walking, especially here in England where it's always raining. We thought it was a good idea to invest in some quality waterproof gear. We made sure in the store that it was really waterproof and the staff assured us it had the best technology for that. They served us well for about 6 months, but then they started to leak in places. We went back to the store and they sold us a special cleaning liquid to wash them with. We followed their instructions, but it didn't solve the problem; in fact, my partner's jacket got even worse after washing. We returned to the store and it hadn't even been a year since we bought them, and they were already playing up. They directed us to contact customer service, but they were not very helpful at all. They wanted us to send the jackets back for inspection, so we went back to the store to post them. They suggested we either put their return label on a bin bag and send the jackets like that, or drop them off at the store for a secure return. Unfortunately, there was a mix-up as there was a lack of communication between the store and customer service. I have been calling customer service for over a week now to check on our jackets, only to be told that the store posted our jackets to them yesterday instead of on the dates we had agreed upon.

Review about: Waitrose Cellar
wine, out of stock, less expensive alternative
I had a bit of a letdown with my online wine order from Waitrose Cellar recently. About two weeks back, I ordered a particular wine but they were out of stock. Instead of letting me know and giving me a refund or another option, they sent me a cheaper wine as a replacement, yet still charged me the original price. What made it worse was that the original wine was still being advertised on their website, even though they knew it wasn't available. This kind of dodgy behaviour isn't what I'd anticipate from a well-established company like Waitrose.
