Two pairs of shorts
I recently got myself two pairs of shorts from this shop and I have to say I'm really happy with my buy. The shorts arrived quickly and fit me perfectly in the sizes I had asked for. The quality of the shorts is top-notch, especially considering the price, which was much cheaper compared to other brands I had looked at. I was also really impressed with the customer service I got when I had an issue with Paypal. Even though it wasn't their fault, Sarah, the customer service rep, went out of her way to help me and even gave me a discount. Overall, I'm a very satisfied customer and definitely plan on shopping with them again in the future.

Recent Jumper Purchase
I'd heard about this brand before, but I hadn't actually bought anything from them until recently when I decided to get a jumper online. I was really impressed by all the different choices they had on their website, especially since lots of them were on sale. Even though the jumper I eventually went for wasn't the one I had first set my sights on, I'm so happy with my purchase because the quality is fantastic. Ordering it was really easy and fast, and my jumper arrived earlier than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. All in all, it was a good experience that I would definitely do again in the future.
Winter clothes purchase
I recently bought some really awesome winter clothes from this shop, and I've got to say, they are fantastic! The winter jacket kept me nice and warm, with lots of pockets to keep all my things close by. The trousers were really comfortable and fitted me perfectly, although my taller friends might find them a bit short. And let me tell you about the jumper - it's like wearing a soft, fluffy cloud! Clothes size mix-up
I ordered an XL from this shop, but when it got here it was a size L instead. Can you believe it? What's the point in ordering something if it's not even the right size? Returning it was such a hassle, so I just decided to give up on it. So frustrating!

I bought a new blazer from this shop not long ago. It arrived quickly, and when I tried it on, it fit perfectly. The price was really good too, especially because I got it on sale during Black Friday. I'm thinking about getting the same blazer in different colours now.
Trainers
I bought a pair of trainers from the store the other day. They looked really nice at first, but I soon got a bit disappointed when I realised that the quality of the shoes didn't quite live up to how they looked. After less than three weeks of wearing them normally, they started to fall apart. The soles began coming off from the rest of the shoe, and the insole was peeling away from the heel, showing that the sole was also starting to disintegrate. It was really disappointing because I had only used them for everyday things like walking.
Cropped jacket
The customer service at this store is outstanding. I had a problem with a cropped jacket I bought - the color wasn't what I saw online. However, the customer service advisor dealt with it quickly and sorted it out to my liking. The jacket was really good quality, well-made, and stylish, but the color mix-up was a bit of a letdown. Even so, I was really impressed with how the customer service team handled everything.
Clothes that fit well.
I recently bought some clothes from that shop and they fit nicely and seem pretty good quality for the cost. I quite liked how the prices were clear and you know what you're getting. The only downside was that a few things I wanted were sold out in my size. But their return policy seemed fair and I thought it was clearly explained on their website, so I don't get why some folks moan about it.

I recently bought a bunch of stuff from this store and I was pretty happy with the stuff I got. I've been waiting for months for items in my size to come back in stock, but they never seem to have them. I signed up for email notifications to keep me in the loop, but I'm still out of luck. It's really annoying to keep seeing small sizes in stock all the time while I'm still waiting.
Returns process
I had a bit of a frustrating time with the returns process at this store recently. The customer service wasn't great, and returning the item was a bit of a headache. I was told to make an account on their website to print a returns label, but there was no obvious way to do it. It made the whole process even more annoying and time-consuming. To top it off, I wasn't too happy about the £2.99 charge for returns either. It felt like adding salt to the wound.
Coat and Dress
I bought some stuff from this shop not long ago, but I was really disappointed with how it all turned out. I ordered a coat and a dress on the 16th of November, thinking they'd come in 3-5 days like the website said. But, I only got two items on the 28th of November, the other two were missing. What really annoyed me was when I got in touch with customer service, they had no idea that the missing items hadn't even been sent out yet.
Overpriced return process
I bought something online recently, but it didn't fit when it arrived. I had to go through the hassle of setting up a return, which was quite pricey. I had to pay £2.99 for return shipping and got hit with an extra £4 in taxes. This whole situation cost me £7 in total, which I think is ridiculous. I suggest steering clear of this company unless you're 100% sure you want to keep what you buy.
Trousers for Christmas
I ordered some trousers from this shop towards the end of November so that they would get here in time for Christmas. However, when they arrived and didn't fit right, I discovered that they only accept returns for items ordered between 4th - 24th December. What a disappointment! I can't even swap them for a different size, so now I'm left with trousers that don't fit me properly. Seems like a waste of money and time, in my opinion.

I recently bought some clothes from this store, but when they came, they didn't fit me right. Sending them back was such a hassle. I don't really mind paying for postage, but they didn't give me a full refund! Plus, when I tried to contact them, I never heard back. It's not cool, guys.
Cool clothes
I recently bought some amazing clothes from a shop and they came really quickly. The quality is top-notch and they fit me perfectly, which is great because I normally have to exchange items for a larger size. I love the clothes so much, I'm definitely going to wash them a lot and buy more in the future!
Jacket
This place is awful, honestly. I bought a jacket from there and it fell apart after only a few times wearing it. I wanted to return it, but they refused because I bought it in-store. Can you believe that? It's no wonder they sell such poor quality stuff! The customer service didn't even bother to help once I told them where I got it. I've just accepted that it's going in the bin now. Don't even bother going there, seriously!

I bought a shirt from this company and it wasn't what they said it would be. I sent it back for a refund, but it's been ages and I still haven't got my money back. It's been over a month now! I'd suggest steering clear of this company altogether.
