9ct white gold angel feather/wing
This was my first time buying from this company and I have to say, I am really impressed. I chose to buy the 9ct white gold Angel feather/wing for my daughter as a present following the recent loss of her father. The piece of jewellery is absolutely gorgeous and just like it was described on the website. I am sure that my daughter will adore this thoughtful gift when I give it to her on her birthday. I want to say a big thank you to the company for offering such a wonderful piece.

Refund request after cancelled flight
I absolutely can't believe the terrible customer service I received here. When my flight got cancelled because of COVID, all they wanted to do was give me a useless voucher to spend with them. It wasn't until I had to threaten legal action that they eventually agreed to ask for a refund from the airline. Dealing with them has been a total nightmare!

Fibre broadband purchase
The fibre broadband service I got turned out to be a huge letdown. I've only had it for 3 days, and I've been dealing with non-stop buffering, along with that annoying blue circle popping up every now and then, along with messages telling me "something went wrong, please try again later." This is definitely not what I signed up for, as I was promised a reliable service. I really should have gone with a different provider like Now Broadband, since I never had these problems when I was with them. In the meantime, I had to resort to tethering my Giffgaff mobile, which gave me a much more stable and dependable connection for several devices for a good 3 weeks without a single drop.

Mattress purchase
My recent experience with Bed Kingdom hasn't been great. I bought a new mattress from them but it turned out to be the wrong size. When I got in touch with customer service, they said they didn't have the right one in stock and wouldn't for another 5 weeks. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I asked them to collect the incorrect mattress, they said it was up to me to donate it to charity. What a way to pass the buck! Despite all this, I decided to keep the mattress and give it a chance. But after using the Noomi Bamboo Pocket Sprung mattress for almost a year, it's still as firm as it was on day one. It's so uncomfortable that getting a good night's sleep on it feels almost impossible.

Top and shorts
I was really looking forward to receiving my new outfit from that shop, but it turned out to be a complete disaster. I had ordered a lovely top along with a pair of shorts, but when my package finally arrived, the top was nowhere to be found. I tried to contact them via email, but they never bothered to respond to my messages. Then I attempted to reach out through messaging, but it took ages for them to reply each time. The whole thing left me feeling very annoyed and let down. All I wanted was the top I had ordered, not all this unnecessary stress!
