I was really happy when they gave me a 3-hour window for delivery, and even more so when they called me just before arriving. Putting the bed together was simple, and my daughters absolutely love it!
Child's bed with built-in shelving units and trundle
I bought a bed with shelving units, two mattresses, and a trundle. But when it arrived, I got 2 trundles instead of 1 and only 1 mattress. Putting the bed together took longer than I thought because some screws were missing. Plus, the trundle doesn't fit under the bed like they said it would, so I'll have to make some adjustments. The customer service team was quite helpful in sorting out the missing items, but honestly, it was not a great experience overall.
King-size bed frame and mattress
The delivery men were really rude and not helpful at all when they were trying to bring the mattress upstairs. It felt like they just couldn't be bothered to do their job properly. I'm a paying customer, so I think I should get a certain level of service, but their attitude was just totally unacceptable. It's a shame that they didn't offer to help move the mattress to where I wanted it, especially since it's part of the delivery service. Their lack of assistance really left a bad impression on me and kind of spoiled the whole experience of buying from this company.

I've just bought a grey midi sleeper together with a top-notch sprung mattress. The delivery was surprisingly quick, and the items were well packed. The bed is really solid and easy to put together, and the mattress is delightfully thick and very comfy to sleep on.
Bunk bed with pull out - rubbish!
I bought a bunk bed with an additional pull-out bed for my siblings but it turned out to be a complete nightmare. The wood was so flimsy that it started cracking as soon as we started putting it together. When I asked for a refund, they only replaced the broken parts, making the bed even less sturdy. It might look good from a distance, but if you look closer, it's a disaster waiting to happen. The pull-out bed didn't even last for one use before falling apart. The quality is absolutely awful, and it's hard to believe I'm still stuck paying for this disaster.
Sofa purchase
I purchased a sofa back in March and was told it would arrive within 14 days. However, it's been over two months now and I still haven't received it! I'm absolutely fuming at this dodgy company!
Triple sleeper bed for kids
Oh wow! We recently got a triple sleeper bed for my siblings and it's absolutely amazing! The quality is top-notch, really strong and sturdy. My siblings love it, honestly it's the best bed we've ever had.
Two beds for girls' rooms
I bought two beds for my daughters' rooms from this shop recently. They arrived the next day, which was great. But when I put one of the beds together, I saw a split in the side bar. I emailed customer service and Lawrence got back to me quick to sort it out. He organised a replacement part to be sent out for next day delivery. I'm happy with the service and the quality of the beds overall.

I bought a cabin bed from the store recently and I must say, I'm quite happy with how it all went. The bed I received was top-notch quality and matched the description perfectly. However, there was a bit of a wait for the original bed I ordered to be delivered. Nevertheless, the customer service team were really helpful and sorted it all out by sending me a replacement bed without delay.

My recent experience with Bed Kingdom hasn't been great. I bought a new mattress from them but it turned out to be the wrong size. When I got in touch with customer service, they said they didn't have the right one in stock and wouldn't for another 5 weeks. As if that wasn't bad enough, when I asked them to collect the incorrect mattress, they said it was up to me to donate it to charity. What a way to pass the buck! Despite all this, I decided to keep the mattress and give it a chance. But after using the Noomi Bamboo Pocket Sprung mattress for almost a year, it's still as firm as it was on day one. It's so uncomfortable that getting a good night's sleep on it feels almost impossible.
