My haircut appointment
Oh, I was really looking forward to my haircut, but it ended up being a nightmare. The salon messed up my appointment time, so I had to wait for ages. The stylist was so rude and didn't even listen to what I asked for. I'm stuck with this lopsided haircut now, absolutely hate it. Definitely won't be going back there!

Got my car picked up and returned
They arrived promptly to collect my car and returned it promptly as well. All the staff were really friendly and courteous in their communication with me. The whole process was extremely straightforward and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this service to my friends!

Currency card
The currency card is great for using all over the place, as it gives you an extra layer of protection by acting as a go-between for your account. The only issue is the daily cap of £100. It would definitely be handier if the limit got upped to £150. In general, it's a safe and easy way to handle your money when you're on the go.

Lightweight jacket purchase
I recently bought a lightweight jacket from Italist and I have to say, the whole experience was brilliant. The website is really easy to use and ordering was a piece of cake. The delivery was super quick and my jacket came in a securely wrapped package with no surprise fees. The only small problem was that the jacket could have been packed a bit more securely in the box for added protection, but it arrived in perfect condition so I can't really moan about it.

Wind-Up Garden Parasol.
I recently bought a Wind-Up Garden Parasol and when I contacted customer service about a dent in the pole, they claimed it was meant to be there. I decided to visit the store to investigate and none of the other parasols had any dents. It seems like they are selling faulty items and passing them off as part of the design. Needless to say, I won't be making any future purchases from them!
