    Beard oil and grooming kit purchases

    I recently bought a beard oil and grooming kit from this company. At first, I was a bit annoyed as it took around 2 months for my orders to arrive. I was so frustrated that I even left a negative review, but I have to take that back now. Despite the delay, I eventually got both of my orders. The products are really good quality and have actually surpassed my expectations. The beard oil smells nice and makes my beard feel really soft and easy to manage, and the grooming kit has all the tools I need to keep my beard looking great. All in all, I'm happy with what I bought.

    I placed an order for some hair styling products and got the usual "allow 72 hours for processing due to covid" message. I get that delays can happen, but it's been a whole week now and my order still hasn't been shipped. Communication is important, folks! If there are any problems, just give us a heads up so we know what to expect. I don't mind waiting because I know the products are great, but a little heads up would be appreciated. Right now, I feel like I'm waiting for a delivery with some major Fyre Festival vibes.

    When I first placed an order in February, it took a ridiculous 2 months to arrive, and I had to go through the hassle of filing a chargeback on my credit card. Despite this, I decided to give them a second chance, and to my surprise, my next order only took 3 weeks to arrive. My most recent order was placed on the 28th of May and the products arrived on the 4th of June. I've definitely noticed an improvement in delivery times, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed that it keeps up!

    I bought some shampoo from this shop recently and I have to admit, the product is really good quality. But I was a bit let down because the shampoo I really liked has been out of stock for months now. As a regular customer, it was disappointing not being able to get what I wanted and not hearing anything about it. That's why I had to switch back to a different brand of shampoo in the end.

The ordering process went smoothly, but my order took ages to arrive. I tried getting in touch with customer service through email and phone, but they totally ignored me. Eventually, after disputing the charge, they finally sent out a delivery, but half of the items were missing. I tried reaching out to them again, but it was useless, and my chargeback was rejected. All in all, dealing with this company was really frustrating and let me down.

    I bought some pomade from this company not too long ago and I've gotta say, the product itself is really good quality. But, there were some pretty big problems with sorting out my order and getting it to me. I ordered it back in February and it didn't actually arrive until a month later. I was totally kept in the dark with no updates on what was going on with my order, which was pretty annoying to be honest. The only way I finally got a response was by messaging them on Facebook. It's a shame they didn't bother to keep their customers in the loop about these issues with processing orders.

    Hair gel and beard oil

    I really fancied giving this hair gel and beard oil a go after seeing them online. But, when I went to order, I just couldn't get through to them at all! They didn't respond to any of my calls, emails, or voicemails. And even when I eventually placed an order, they couldn't even deliver it! It's almost as if they were trying to pull a fast one on me and get me to splash out on nothing. Honestly, the service was absolutely appalling. I'm still in shock at how poorly they treated me.

    I'm really disappointed with how this company is handling things. I ordered some hair products ages ago, been trying to get in touch for weeks now and no one's getting back to me. They still haven't sent me my order. It's a shame really because their products are so good, but their customer service is just not up to scratch. You've got to keep your customers in the loop, sort things out with refunds if needed and not just ignore them.

I also checked the tracking information, and it showed that Royal Mail never received my package. What's going on there? In the end, I had to contact my bank to get my money refunded because they weren't responding at all. Even after that, they still didn't reach out to me. Are they even still operational?

    I've been a loyal customer of this grooming company for quite a while now, and I've always been happy with what I've received until recently. My latest order was missing an item, and no matter how many times I've tried to get in touch with them, I haven't heard back. It seems like I'm not the only one having this problem, as I've come across many similar reviews. It's disappointing to see that they're not active on social media, their phone line is dead, and they're late with their latest accounts. It looks like they're either in serious trouble or have already shut down. It's not right for a company to keep accepting orders they can't fulfil, it's not just bad practice but it also opens them up to legal trouble. I'd advise others to be careful when ordering from them, given their current situation.

    Oh, I was really looking forward to my haircut, but it ended up being a nightmare. The salon messed up my appointment time, so I had to wait for ages.     I recently bought some hair products from this place and I have to say, the products themselves are really good. However, I've been having a lot of problems with the delivery service. It's been going on for almost a year now and it's been so frustrating that I ended up cancelling my bank card to stop the subscription. I've tried getting in touch with them through Facebook, email, and even by phone, but I haven't had any response at all. And to make matters worse, my last delivery didn't even arrive, so I'm left out of pocket. It's safe to say, I won't be using their services again.
