    They are the WORST online retailer i have EVER used. The customer service is awful! and they take a ridiculously long time to post an order after ordering it, and paying extra for express! They are useless.

    AVOID!!! Ordered a large piece over a month ago. Delivery said 3-5 days. It never arrived. They dont have a phone?? So I've been emailing ever since but no reply or refund at all. Its so bad I wanna give a zero but thats not possible so I give a 1. IT IS THEFT.

    Delivery of parcel - and got returned!

    Awful service, by staff Tusxxx who refused to answer about pricing - my parcel to China was unfortunately returned despite the website doesn't say there could be any potential customs issue about sending a laptop - first I have been unhappy about the unclear advice in your pre-order website. I received a bill of 60+ pounds which was way more expensive than the outbound bill. I asked Tusxxx for explanation yet I only got this: "you can simply create a quote from the destination to the sender with the same service and you'll get your answer." As a customer I must honestly say this is very rude and lacking empathy or responsibility to answer customer concerns; this is particularly problematic as it comes along with a very expensive bill while they hold my parcel with them. The only other message by that person in the message was "Please do let me know as soon as the amount is paid." so they don't consider you customer; once you have anything with them they only ask for money! I definitely won't use them again!!!

    Pathetic I've booked and paid for delivery then all my details disappeared can't get a response

    U shape sofa

    I would like to know if anyone has actually had thier sofa sent on time? I cant get hold of anyone on the phone and emails also are being ignored!

    We ordered our chenille u shaped sofa 13 weeks ago and spoke to a man named Jay again today for the 6th time who says there is apparently a shortage or foam.... and that they have no clue when it will arrive.... still advertising the sofa online for 8-10 week delivery. Absolutely disgusting!!

    the company seem to be telling us all different things from shortage of foam, wrong foam delivered, foam being delivered this week, foam shop is closed...
    its a joke. I wouldn't advise ordering from here

    FOOTSHOP is LYING and scamming customers

    I entered the raffle for the Yeezy 500. Unfortunately I entered with the wrong size. I won the raffle and they sent me the shoes. I was disappointed the shoes, but the shoes are to big. I asked if it is possible to exchange them for the right size, but they were sold out. I asked to return them, but not possible because the Terms & Conditions I have agreed upon does not allow it. I did not know this was stated in their Terms & Conditions. I did not bother to check because I know by International Law and Czech Law the consumer has the right to return items bought online within 14 days. I told them it does not matter if your Terms & Conditions states otherwise. Your Terms & Conditions are subject to the Law. So the Terms & Conditions are not legally valid on this point. I send the shoes back within 14 days, but they refuse to give me back my money. They even told me to resell the shoes. It is not their problem and they are ignoring my request and they are ignoring the fact that it is in my right to return the shoes.

    Be aware of the malpractice of this company. They are deliberately misinforming customers and denying their rights. I also reached out to the CEO Peter Hajduček but he has not made any effort to give a response.

    It was not a scam, you literally got the shoes from the store. How was it a scam when they sent you the real shoe? In a raffle, once you get a pair of shoes, it's done, you don't have the chance to exchange. You know how hot Yeezys are when they are released? It was true that the size you wanted was sold out becoz the shoes were so hot and they were sold with the retail price. You could have resold the shoes with the resell price and bought the size you wanted from a reseller. Not a big deal, actually.

    It's not your right to return them; it's called a final purchase and if it is stated in the T&Cs then that's your problem for not reading. It's within their rights to deny returns. Stop spreading misinformation please

    Do you Mail to Uk with all this brexit nonsense

    If its a raffle, you cant return, resell Yeezy for much higher price and buy a pair of your size.

    I have had a very bad experience with Wellindal. For over a year I have tried to get a refund from them and have had endless promises. They say that they have problems with their payment platform, they say the refund has been sent etc etc. I must have sent 35-30 emails. Please see trust pilot reviews before choosing to order from them.
