Timberland 6-inch boots
I recently bought a pair of Timberland 6-inch boots from Footshop, and I have to say, it was a great experience. Even though I was a bit unsure at first because of some bad reviews I saw, I took a chance and placed an order. I was really impressed by how professional the team at Footshop was. The prices were reasonable, the website was easy to use, and the delivery to France was super quick. The boots came in perfect condition, and I'm really happy with my purchase. Black sneakers
Oh my gosh, I bought these black trainers and I couldn't wait to wear them, but I wasn't sure what size to get. Thankfully, this guy Gergő was a total lifesaver and helped me work out the right size. He was really patient and friendly, honestly the best customer service I've ever had. If you need any help or have questions about your order, definitely speak to Gergő, he's amazing! I'm thrilled with my new trainers and I'm excited to show them off at school. Big shoutout to Footshop for having fantastic people like Gergő!
Shoes
At first, I was a bit unsure about buying from this shop because of some bad reviews I had seen. However, I eventually took a leap of faith and went for it. I'm so pleased I did, as the shoes arrived promptly and in great condition. They were just what I wanted and I'm over the moon with my purchase. The way they were packaged was also really impressive and added to the whole fantastic experience. Even though I had doubts at first, I would definitely think about shopping from this store again in the future.
Adidas shoes purchase
I had a really good time ordering a pair of shoes from Footshop recently. It was so easy and quick, I didn't have any problems at all choosing what I wanted. They have such a great range of sports and streetwear shoes on their website, it's easy to find exactly what you're after. The staff were really helpful and nice, which made the whole shopping experience even better. I'm really happy with my new shoes and I'll definitely be going back to Footshop next time I need some new footwear.
Double boxed Bearbrick
I've just bought something from this shop for the first time and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. Right from when I made the order, they kept me in the loop with regular updates. I was also really happy to see that my Bearbrick was packed carefully in two boxes, so it arrived in perfect condition. All in all, I'm super happy with how everything went and I'll definitely be shopping here again in the future.
Nike Terrascape Airmax
I'll be honest, I was a bit unsure about ordering from this company because of all the bad reviews I'd read online. But, I decided to go for it and I'm really pleased I did. When my Nike Terrascape Airmax trainers turned up, they were in perfect condition and they look amazing. I was pleasantly surprised by how good the quality was and how quickly they were delivered.
Rare sneakers
I was a bit unsure about ordering from here at first because of the bad reviews, but I couldn't hunt down the rare sneakers I wanted anywhere else. So, I decided to take a gamble and I'm relieved I did. The delivery to Poland was quicker than I expected; I ordered on a Saturday and got my sneakers by Wednesday. I made quite a few orders from Foothsop with no issues. The company is legit, they are based in Prague, Czech Republic and they provide their services across all Europe and the US. They also have stores in some European cities. When you order the shoes I would recommend you to check the Size guides, because I had no problem with the delivered shoes. I would highly recommend the Footshop because you find some real gems in their shop.
XL ON running socks in white and black
I couldn't believe how lucky I was when I stumbled upon XL ON running socks in white and black on Footshop. These socks are like gold dust in the UK, with XL sizes being all snapped up. But Footshop saved the day by having them in stock, and it honestly made my day. The ordering was a breeze and my package arrived in a jiffy via DHL. Big thanks to Footshop for always delivering!

I recently bought three different arch support products from Footshop to give them a go. Turns out, one of them just didn't cut it in terms of support compared to the other two. It's really disappointing how they're not communicating with me. I just hope they sort out my refund without any more problems. And after hearing other customers complain about their service, I can see why they have a bad reputation. Even though they have unique items, the terrible support afterwards isn't worth it. I won't shop there again in the future.
Shoes purchase
I bought these shoes recently, but I wasn't happy with them - they weren't good quality and didn't fit well. When I went to return them, I was surprised to learn that I'd only get half my money back because I'd tried them on. I think that's not right. Recent footwear purchase
I recently bought a pair of trainers that I had been looking for all over the place. I couldn't find them in my size anywhere, so I was really happy when I found them on this website. But when my order arrived almost two weeks later, I was gutted. The packaging was really poor - the trainers were in a box from a totally different brand. When I looked at the trainers themselves, it was obvious that they were either rejects or fake. The quality was terrible and it was clear that no one had checked them properly before sending them out. I was so disappointed to see that lots of other people had the same problem, which just made me even more annoyed. Overall, it was a total waste of my time and money.
Wrong size shoes
I bought a pair of shoes but they sent me the wrong size! Isn't that just ridiculous? I was really looking forward to receiving them, and now they're way too big. I don't get why they need a photo to see they messed up. They should just trust what I'm saying, right? Plus, they're not even responding to my emails now. So frustrating!
I bought a sports tracksuit and oh no, the promocode drama
I recently bought this really nice sports tracksuit online and thought I'd use a promo code I saw on the website. However, after an hour, I received a notification that half of my order was cancelled. They mentioned that it was due to the promo code being incorrect or something, I'm not entirely sure. To make matters worse, they went ahead and sent me the remaining half of the order without even consulting me first, which was quite embarrassing. Additionally, when I had to return an item, it took an incredibly long time for them to initiate the refund process, around 3-4 weeks. It felt like forever, honestly!
Adidas trainers purchase
I recently bought a pair of trainers online to replace my old adidas ones. However, they turned out to be fake. The quality was really bad - the 'leather' had jagged cuts around the ankle, the insoles were made of cheap blue foam that didn't fit well, and there were loose ends of threads stuck inside the shoe. I wish I had checked reviews before buying, as it looks like getting a refund from this company will be a hassle.
