Herbal supplement
I recently bought a herbal supplement from this company and unfortunately, I had a few issues with my order. First off, the delivery was three days late which was a pain for me and my family. When I contacted customer service by email, it took ages for them to reply. And when they did eventually get back to me, they said they never got my initial emails and even questioned if I was telling the truth. It was all a bit unprofessional and left me feeling annoyed.
We're a big household, with seven of us, some of whom have jobs and one who has a disability. Because of the delay, we had to make other plans and spend more money to get what we needed in time. We ended up having to get a similar product from a different brand just to make do.
When I asked about sending the product back, the company wasn't very helpful and weren't bothered about making things right for me. They didn't seem to care about making their customers happy, which was really disappointing.Review about: LuxuriousLook
Hair care products
I bought some hair care products from an online store recently and I have to say, I was really impressed. The prices were good and I even got an extra discount on top of that. The customer service was amazing, they made me feel like a valued customer and helped me with any questions I had. I'll definitely be shopping there again and won't go anywhere else for my hair care stuff.

Quick and cheap insurance
The insurance I signed up for was quick and affordable. Also, whenever I had a question, they picked up the phone straight away and sorted me out. I'd definitely suggest them if you're looking for insurance.

Booze delivery
Absolutely terrible experience with this company. Waited a whole 3 hours but no sign of them, ended up asking for a refund. They're just so unreliable, couldn't even manage to reach the driver. Much better off and quicker to just grab a taxi to a 24-hour garage. Total waste of time, would not recommend placing an order with them at all!

Limited edition whiskies with special presentation boxes
I bought two limited edition whiskies from Waitrose Cellar not long ago, and they came in fancy presentation boxes. However, to my disappointment, when the package arrived, I saw that the boxes were not packed well and had creases because they weren't protected properly during transit. Moreover, there was a small bottle of Tia Maria in the box that seemed to have caused some damage to the whisky boxes. I tried contacting customer service about the issue, but all I got was an automated response with no real help. The packaging and customer service were quite lacking, especially given the expensive nature of the items I bought.
