Suit purchase, amazing quality
I bought a suit from this place recently and I have to say, the quality is absolutely amazing. The material is really luxurious and the suit is made to such a high standard. Initially, I tried to order it but it was sold out. However, I was really impressed when they asked me if I wanted notifications for when it came back in stock. I got the notifications and to top it off, the suit was on sale! When it arrived, I was so impressed by how beautiful it looked. Ordering was easy and the delivery was quick. I will definitely be coming back to shop here again. Definitely deserving of 5 stars from me.

Non-refundable reservation changed
I accidentally booked a non-refundable reservation for the wrong date. Luckily, the customer service team helped me out by changing it to the date I actually wanted. I'm grateful for their flexibility and understanding.

Booking my tickets from Australia was a breeze. I just clicked a few buttons and bam, all done. And you know what? The tickets were great value for money. We got to visit most of the places on the list even though we were only there for a day. It was a whirlwind, but so much fun. A huge thank you for making our travel experience amazing!

I just bought some supplements and I have to say, I am really happy with the service I received. The ordering process was smooth and easy to follow. The customer service team were so helpful when I had to change my delivery address, they sorted out the mistake right away. Bought 2 motion laser lights.
I bought 2 motion laser lights, one for my child's bedroom and one for outside. Unfortunately, the one for outside only had a 1mtr flex, which was too short for what I needed. I got in touch with customer service to check if they had an extension cable, but they said they didn't. When I asked if I could return just the one I couldn't use, they said I had to return the whole order. That didn't make sense to me, as I'd then have to send back both lights and buy a new one for my child's room. Feeling frustrated by the lack of common sense, I decided to just give up and put the phone down.

This company goes on about how quick they deliver, but the tracking info for my package was nowhere to be seen for a whole five days. It took them eight days in total to get it to me. On the bright side, everything was well protected in the package.

I used to really like this company, they had loads of products I loved to buy. But now I'm feeling let down because they've cut back on their range in such a short space of time. It's a pain having to find somewhere else to get my supplements. And this new pricing system they've got going on is just confusing and annoying. They should've brought out new products first before ditching all the ones I liked.
