Refund delay
I recently had a bit of bother with getting a refund for a hotel booking I made through this company. I booked a hotel back in April and then cancelled the booking within the free cancellation period in May. They sent me a confirmation that the cancellation was sorted and assured me that I'd get a full refund in 3-5 working days, so I just waited. But when I checked in for an update on the refund, they said it was still being processed. It's been 17 days now since I cancelled and I still haven't got my money back. I'm a bit annoyed and let down by all this, to be honest. I was hoping for a quicker fix from a company like this.
Unfulfilled hotel booking
I recently had a really frustrating experience with my hotel booking through an online platform. Basically, I booked and paid for a hotel in advance, only to get there and find out that the hotel had no record of my reservation. I had to contact customer service and they told me I was chosen for "additional security checks" and that they had sent me an email, which I found in my spam folder. Sorting out the reservation mess while at the hotel reception was extremely stressful, especially since it was fully booked in May. All they could offer was a refund, which didn't help me since I had to quickly find and pay for another place to stay, costing me more money. Also, the refund they promised took 15 days instead of the 7-10 working days they first told me. The company's communication was pretty unclear and unhelpful, so I was left in a tricky situation.
Hotel booking with cancellation
I've gone and booked myself a hotel through this company, but things didn't quite go as planned, and I had to cancel because of some unexpected stuff popping up. The website said I'd get my money back in 5 working days, but now it's been a whole 7 working days, and there's still no sign of that refund. They've been pretty quick with their emails and all, very polite too, but the refund just isn't coming through. I even gave them a ring, but they just hung up on me.
Non-refundable reservation changed
I accidentally booked a non-refundable reservation for the wrong date. Luckily, the customer service team helped me out by changing it to the date I actually wanted. I'm grateful for their flexibility and understanding.
Quick and easy booking
I had absolutely no issues booking my holiday on this website. It was really easy and everything was simple to locate. I didn't encounter any problems and it made booking my trip really straightforward. I will definitely use this site again in the future.

I've never come across this place before, but when I had a question they responded really quickly! I couldn't locate something vital, so I dropped them an email, and they got back to me within hours. Now, that's what I call great customer service!

Hotel booking cancelation
I booked a hotel not long ago using this service, but I had to cancel on the very same day. They say I should have got my money back within 5 working days, but it's been 10 days now and still no sign of that refund. The customer service lot have been quick and polite in their replies to my emails, but I'm a bit let down by how long it's taking them to sort out the refund.
First-time booking experience
I was a bit unsure at first about booking through this website because it was my first time using it and I'd heard some mixed reviews. But I was really impressed by my experience with Prestigia. Even though there was a delay in getting my booking confirmation, which I think was due to the time difference with Colombia, everything went really well. The prices were really good, and I didn't have any problems at all during the whole process.
Recent hotel stay
I had a really bad experience at this hotel. They said they would help but then changed their minds and couldn't do anything about the problems. I'm not happy at all and I want to make a complaint. I booked two rooms but couldn't use them because the walkway near the hotel was in such bad condition. It was so uneven and high that I got injured when I fell, and I lost my armlet and broke my glasses, which cost me 1300 euros. I searched for my armlet but couldn't find it, even though the staff looked for it. The hotel is too focused on taking money from the next customer to care about the walkway, even though they've renovated the walkway for two other hotels nearby. I have photos of the walkway for proof. I want a refund of what I paid and compensation for the things I lost.
Booking issue resolved
I had a bit of a problem with my booking at the hotel as they couldn't find my reservation, but I must say, the customer service at Prestigia really impressed me. A chap named Achraf sorted it all out within a day of me raising the issue. His professional and speedy approach turned what could have been a right hassle into a smooth experience. I really want to thank them for their quick and useful help, and I'll definitely be thinking about booking with Prestigia again next time.

I had booked a reservation for a fancy four-star hotel a few weeks before my trip. Oh my gosh, booking my hotel room was a piece of cake! I just wish they would include taxes and charges in the price like other websites do. That's my only complaint.

I am frustrated and feel like I have no other choice but to consider legal action in Gibraltar, where their head office is located, and also try to initiate a chargeback on my credit card. This whole situation has been a nightmare, and I wish I had done more research before booking with them. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs!
