Mounted Wine Rack
I placed an order for two mounted wine racks on 21 February and I'm still waiting. I received an email from the company saying back in stock on 27 May yet now being told due in the Warehouse early June. I think this company has had my money long enough. Customer Service is a good example where not to be if you want customers to return. This is my last order from this company and I will be opening a court claim next week and asking for backdated interest on my money from the date the refund was requested. BUYER BEWARE

A company that actually answers a phone
Just a great company to deal with, don't do many reviews but this company deserves all the positive reviews it gets. Great prices and products, but most of all perfect customer service.
I'm having the same issue with a mountain wine rack. It keeps being pushed back. Communication is sketchy and is normally instigated by me as to find out where it is. I keep being told it's not their fault due to shipping issues, but they need to then make sure that they have enough stock. I've bought a few times from this company and had the same issues with delivery everytime. I love the items, but the delay and frustration about getting it isn't worth it - I won't be ordering from them again.
