    On time with helpful driver!

    I got picked up and the car arrived right on time! The driver was really nice and helped us with our bags, which was great. The journey to the airport was really smooth and we arrived with plenty of time to spare before our flight. It was so relaxed and stress-free.

    Faulty item return

    I had a bit of a troubling experience with OHS recently when I tried to return a faulty item. I got in touch with OHS to let them know about the problem and ask for a return, but they made it quite tricky for me. To start with, they wanted a photo of the faulty item as evidence, which I wasn't able to give them right away. Even after I explained my situation, OHS still insisted on having that photo before they would go ahead with the return. It all left me feeling pretty annoyed, like they didn't trust me. The item I needed to return was clearly faulty, but OHS didn't want to own up to it and take responsibility for the return. It was just unnecessary hassle for me as their customer. Good customer service ought to make things easy and quick for customers, especially when it's obvious that the fault lies with the company.

    Mounted Wine Rack

    I placed an order for two mounted wine racks on 21 February and I'm still waiting. I received an email from the company saying back in stock on 27 May yet now being told due in the Warehouse early June. I think this company has had my money long enough. Customer Service is a good example where not to be if you want customers to return. This is my last order from this company and I will be opening a court claim next week and asking for backdated interest on my money from the date the refund was requested. BUYER BEWARE

    I'm having the same issue with a mountain wine rack. It keeps being pushed back. Communication is sketchy and is normally instigated by me as to find out where it is. I keep being told it's not their fault due to shipping issues, but they need to then make sure that they have enough stock. I've bought a few times from this company and had the same issues with delivery everytime. I love the items, but the delay and frustration about getting it isn't worth it - I won't be ordering from them again.
