Missing item issue
Delivery was quick, but there was a missing item. I have to say, the customer service was top-notch. Claudio helped me out and got everything sorted straight away. The missing item turned up the very next day without any fuss. The quality of the items was good and the prices were fair.
Mattress purchase
I bought a mattress from an online home store not long ago and it turned up with a few quality problems. But, I've gotta admit, their customer service was absolutely spot on. I got in touch with them about the issue and they sorted it out really quickly. They got back to me right away, were super helpful, and gave me a refund straight away. I really appreciate the way they worked hard to maintain the quality of their products.
Replacement item after damaged delivery
I received a damaged item in my order. I emailed on a Saturday afternoon and by Monday morning, they had ordered a new item to replace it. Ann was really helpful, provided excellent customer service, and gave me exactly what I asked for with no hassle.

I've been a customer of this online store for a while now, and I've always been really impressed with the quality of their products and customer service. Duvet cover purchase
When my duvet cover arrived, it had a dirty mark on it. I got in touch with customer service, and they sorted it out really quickly. A guy named Liam helped me out a lot and sent me a new duvet cover straight away. The replacement they sent was actually a bottom sheet by mistake! But Liam fixed it fast by getting me another duvet cover and even let me keep the bottom sheet as a goodwill gesture. I have to say, the customer service from this online shop is amazing and Liam was great to deal with. It's a shame that Yodel messed up by leaving the parcel in our communal foyer instead of delivering it properly. Not the best delivery experience, but the customer service team did a top job. I will definitely shop here again because of the excellent service I got.
Bedding, curtains, throws
I absolutely loved the bedding and curtains I got from this online store. They were exactly what I wanted and even better than I expected. The throws, on the other hand, weren't really my cup of tea, but that's just down to personal taste. Buying was quick and simple, and the delivery was super fast. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this online home shop for their top-notch products and excellent service.
Missing item and resolution
I've had an issue with a missing item in my order, and I was a bit worried about how it would be sorted out. But, Adam from customer service got back to me quickly and told me that the item was no longer available. He made sure to reassure me that I'd get a refund, and it actually happened pretty quickly. I'm grateful for how smoothly they dealt with the problem.
Heated throw purchase
I bought a heated throw online from this store in January. It was great for a few months but then it just stopped working. I got in touch with the customer service team in Elland to let them know, and I have to say, they were really helpful and quick to respond. The person I spoke to was really nice and did everything they could to help me out. They sorted out the whole thing smoothly and fixed the issue without any hassle. I was really impressed with how well they looked after me.

Pre-ordered item
I bought something online from this home shop and it turned out that one of the things I ordered was missing when my parcel arrived. I sent an email to customer service right away, and I was really surprised by how quickly they got back to me. Adam, the guy I spoke to, was really nice and explained that the missing item would be sent separately because it was a pre-order. He said that someone would contact me within 2 days. But to my surprise, Adam actually replied to my email on the same day with all the details I needed.
3 duvet cover set
I just bought 3 duvet cover sets from an online home store and I have to say, I'm really impressed. The items looked exactly like they did in the pictures and the quality was top-notch. The website was easy to use and checking out was quick and easy. If you're in need of home products, especially bedding, I would definitely recommend this shop.
Furniture Set
I bought some furniture from an online home shop not long ago and I have to say, the delivery was a complete nightmare. They decided to use Yodel as their courier, which is pretty much another way of saying awful service. Nobody bothered to keep track of the delivery or get in touch with Yodel to find out where my order was. I had to be the one constantly chasing them up and even then, it seemed like nobody really cared. It goes without saying that I won't be giving them any more of my business in the future.
Funky throw pillows
I made a bit of a mistake and ended up ordering the wrong pillows from Online Home Shop. However, the good news is that their customer service team was really helpful and sorted out my return for me. I received a full refund and now I'm just waiting for the money to be credited back into my account. Huge thanks to Elland for being amazing, and to Simon and Tom for their assistance as well. You guys are the best!
Wrong house number
I accidentally messed up my address when ordering something online. As a result, the parcel ended up getting lost. However, the customer service guy called Adam was really friendly and understanding about it. He sent out a replacement parcel for me at no extra cost! I was truly impressed by his kindness and generosity. I'll definitely make sure to double-check my address next time I order online.
Bedding purchase
I recently bought some bedding from Online Home Shop and I must say, I was really impressed! The quality was top-notch and it actually surpassed my expectations. The material was super soft and comfy, making for a really cozy night's sleep. And on top of that, the customer service I got from a guy called Tom was excellent. Duvet cover purchase
I bought two duvet covers made of 400 thread count cotton recently. After washing and ironing them, I noticed some strange marks that looked like they were from the manufacturing. I contacted Online Home Shop (OHS) for help and Adam got back to me quickly. He agreed to replace the items for me. I was really impressed by their great customer service and how they resolved my problem so fast. I would definitely recommend OHS for their fantastic service.

I was really happy with my purchase from Online Home Shop. The delivery came really quickly, within just a week. The items were in excellent condition and the prices were fair. The only thing I thought was a bit odd was the fact that I couldn't leave a review about my order. Maybe they could think about adding that feature in the future.
Lost parcel issue resolved
I wanted to share my recent experience with a missing parcel from an order I made. The customer service I received was absolutely fantastic. As soon as I contacted them about the lost package, they were quick to respond, very helpful, and genuinely cared about getting it sorted for me. They made sure to keep me updated throughout the process and worked hard to fix the problem as soon as possible. I was really impressed by how professional and dedicated they were to making sure I was happy. I definitely suggest giving this online home shop a try because of their amazing customer service.
Faulty item return
I had a bit of a troubling experience with OHS recently when I tried to return a faulty item. I got in touch with OHS to let them know about the problem and ask for a return, but they made it quite tricky for me. To start with, they wanted a photo of the faulty item as evidence, which I wasn't able to give them right away. Even after I explained my situation, OHS still insisted on having that photo before they would go ahead with the return. It all left me feeling pretty annoyed, like they didn't trust me. The item I needed to return was clearly faulty, but OHS didn't want to own up to it and take responsibility for the return. It was just unnecessary hassle for me as their customer. Good customer service ought to make things easy and quick for customers, especially when it's obvious that the fault lies with the company.
New bedroom lamp
I've recently purchased a new lamp for my room and I must say, it's absolutely fantastic! It gives off such a bright light and really transforms my room into a magical space at night. However, when it got delivered, I noticed that the lampshade was a bit wonky. I was a bit disappointed initially, but I decided to reach out to their customer service team. Fortunately, a lovely person named Elland assisted me and resolved the issue swiftly. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, and now my lampshade looks good as new. Huge thanks to Elland, you're a superstar!
