Order not received
I ordered something from this company but it never arrived. I contacted them to ask where my order was and they said it had been sent out but couldn't give me any tracking details. I waited for ages but still no sign of my package, so I asked for a refund. They said no and didn't offer any help or compensation. I'm really let down by their lack of responsibility and bad customer service.

Quick resolution of order mistake
I made a mistake with my order and got in touch with customer service straight away. I spoke to a really helpful lady called Samantha who sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. I just wish all customer service was this good. Big thanks to Samantha for all her help!

Fast shipping, high quality
I just bought a watch from an online store and I have to say, it was a great experience. I live in Australia and I was really pleased with how fast the watch arrived - just a week after I ordered it. The watch is even better than I expected in terms of quality and the packaging was really good too. I got it as a gift for my partner's 21st birthday and I'm sure she'll love it. Overall, the whole shopping experience was smooth and I would definitely shop there again.

Rodial Dragon Blood face cream mini £27
So, I bought this mini face cream, and when it came, it was just ridiculous! I opened the box and can you believe it? The jar was completely empty. I mean, seriously, how did that even happen? I tried squeezing the pump, but there was nothing inside! I returned it, but now they're saying they'll send me back the same empty jar. Can you believe that? Who would want an empty jar and have to pay for it? It just doesn't make any sense. And to make things worse, I've had wrong items sent to me in the past too! I once ordered perfume and got a t-shirt instead. What's going on, Simply B? Sorting out returns shouldn't be this difficult, should it? I'm totally fed up with this company. Never again, mark my words!

5 rug samples
I had such a nightmare trying to order 5 rug samples. My favorite one was the Lana grey rug, but I just couldn't seem to get a sample of it. It was really frustrating!

New cool car
I recently got myself a really cool new car from this place and it was absolutely fantastic! The greatest thing about it was that it arrived right on time and the people who delivered it were really lovely and knew exactly what they were doing. I truly believe that having great service like that is so important, and this place definitely exceeded my expectations.

I've taken off one star because they charged me before checking my email address, causing some confusion. But, when I spoke to customer service agent Pearl, I got clear instructions on what to do next, and that made me feel more comfortable with the whole thing.
