I had to sort out travel insurance for my trip to Portugal as I'm a transplant patient with some extra health needs. Luckily, I came across this insurance that was really affordable and easy to follow. The customer service was excellent and I was really impressed. Dehumidifier purchase
I was really impressed with how quickly the company got back to me, especially because it was a bank holiday when I bought the dehumidifier online. It's working a lot better than my old one, taking out twice as much water from the air. I would definitely suggest this company to others and wouldn't think twice about using them again. Overall, I'm really happy with how fast they got back to me, how they communicated, and with the product itself.

I have to say, I was really impressed with the ordering process! The glasses arrived beautifully wrapped and looked just as fabulous as they did in the pictures online. The prescription lenses were perfect, which can be a worry when ordering online. I chose to pay for faster shipping and was pleasantly surprised when the glasses arrived in less than a week! Marcel cabinet purchase
I bought the Marcel cabinet from this company not long ago, mainly because I had a bad experience with another one. The delivery was quick and the cabinet was packed really well when it arrived. My husband, who's an electrician, found it a bit challenging to put up on his own because it's quite heavy, but he got it done yesterday. Despite the initial struggle, we're happy with the cabinet because it looks amazing and the lighting inside and out is brilliant.

My recent customer service experience
I had a problem with something I bought recently, and I have to say, the customer service team I spoke to were absolutely fantastic. They were really understanding and did everything they could to help me out, keeping me in the loop the whole time.
