Family holiday near Martel
Our family had a fantastic time in France! The house was amazing, even better than we thought. The person in charge of the house was really lovely and assisted us with everything we needed. The representative even called to see how we were doing, and the team at the office were extremely helpful when we had questions about the BBQ and ferry. We've booked with this company in the past and will definitely book with them again. They are so reliable and great!

Blood test purchase
This company is brilliant at looking after their customers. When I did the blood test, I made a mistake by pressing too hard and damaging the cells. They were so friendly about it and sent me another test free of charge. I then made another error by sending the blood sample before the weekend, meaning it was stale when tested and the results couldn't be obtained. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me without any fuss. That's fantastic service, especially nowadays. Thanks, you're amazing!

Jewelry purchase
I've been really disappointed with the quality of sellers on Etsy lately. It feels like every time I buy something, there's some dodgy stuff going on. They say they're in the USA but then ship from somewhere else, or the products don't match up to what was promised. It's just been one hassle after another. The fact that sellers aren't owning up to their mistakes or being clear with customers is really getting on my nerves. Etsy really needs to do a better job of checking out their sellers to make sure we're actually getting what we pay for.
Just the other day, a package got sent back because apparently, they didn't know the right address. How does that even happen? And now one package seems to be taking a full tour of the country, it's been stuck in Anchorage, Alaska when it should've been in Kansas City ages ago. Oh, and let's not forget about the seller who thought it was fine to send me one earring when I bought three. Talk about not paying attention. These sellers need to seriously up their game or just leave Etsy altogether.Review about: Cocoon

The customer service at this store is simply amazing. As soon as I entered, I got a friendly welcome and the staff knew exactly what they were talking about. They really wanted to help me find the perfect bag for any occasion. Amy and Isobel were so helpful, answering all my questions and giving me great advice on the products they had. It's clear they really care about their customers, and the quality of the bags is top-notch; the designs are really special. Shoes for men
Despite how popular these shoes are, the experience I had with my recent purchase was quite disappointing. I placed my order online and it's been days now with no sign of it arriving. The tracking details haven't been updated for a while, which is really frustrating. What's even worse is that I've been trying to get in touch with customer service but haven't had any luck. They've told me I have to wait 10 working days before they can help, which just feels like they're not taking this seriously. It's really disappointing coming from a company that's supposed to be reputable.
