By the time I opened them I was suspicious — seller sells seconds, no refunds. My crocs were too small; they then claimed they'd been worn, which isn't true. I sent photos, put a stop on payment and lodged a dispute; surprisingly the bank reacted quickly.
Parcel gone, patience thinned
I wasn't sure about ordering. I went ahead anyway. Then the courier admitted they'd lost the parcel and the shop still refuses a refund. Pretty annoyed, to be honest. Would warn others — check returns before you buy.
Pleasantly surprised, actually
Overall, I'm happy with them — would buy again. I first spotted the trainers in a mate's Instagram story and even told my sister about them. A seam started coming loose, which was annoying, but customer service gave me 10% and sorted it quickly. That was a nice surprise.
Quick find, quicker delivery
wanted a different colour later and it was sold out. My advice — don’t dither, honestly grab them fast, seriously.
Dodgy trainers experience
I'm not recommending these — buy at your own risk. I ordered trainers for my daily commute and they were too small. Asked twice for a return label and got no reply, no phone number on the site either, which felt wrong. I sent them back with postage proof, then the company says they never arrived and are chasing me for the cost plus fees. It's frustrating and annoying
Quickly battered heels
I wouldn’t buy these again. My partner bought a pair of Veju trainers for Christmas and after about three months the back of the heels had rubbed straight through. We only wore them weekly for errands, not heavy use, so that seemed wrong. I contacted customer service and they flatly said it wasn’t a manufacturing fault so no exchange — quite disappointing. For context, my running shoes see far more use (3–5 times a week) and usually last a year, so that contrast surprised me. They were comfortable and looked smart at first, so fair play, but I’d warn others.
Almost bought them twice
decent leather, a good sole, fine for walks and the odd pub visit, but the sizing's awkward so I sent the wrong pair back the day they arrived. Return was received, yet it took nearly three weeks before I started chasing and then an email saying refund in 3–5 days. Not perfect, works ok, but I'm not ordering again.
Long wait, decent shoes in the end
a bit stiff, the uppers are more synthetic than I thought, but they moulded in after a couple of wears. The sole has decent grip and they’re surprisingly comfortable for long commutes — not fancy, but solid. Stitching isn’t perfect and there’s a tiny glue mark, so not immaculate, but they do what I needed. Still annoying getting ghosted by customer service, but the product itself has been fine for daily use.
Finally found them
After hunting the black/cream New Balance 327 for ages I nearly gave up, so finding a pair on Tower London felt like a win. First couple of wears I did notice some dye transfer on the heel and the 'N' looked a bit faded — annoying — but I contacted customer service with photos and, much to my surprise, they sorted a replacement straight away. That moment when I opened the new box and the trainers looked exactly like the pics was brilliant; proper relief. They even explained the dye can be touchy on earlier batches and suggested a quick protectant spray — solid practical tip. Fit and comfort are spot on, and I wear them more than I expected. If you’re worried about quality, take photos and get in touch; don’t assume the worst straight away. Pleasantly surprised overall, and I’m happy I didn’t keep moaning about it. Little bit emotional, I know, but they’re my new go-to. Really decent buy, would recommend.
Nearly turned back at checkout
wrong fit. I’d ordered an 8 wide and got a standard fit, a bit annoying. I tried to arrange a return and then the fun began; they kept telling me to email an address that bounced straight back, so that was a waste of time. They did reply on Facebook, which was odd, but wouldn’t send a return label there either. I sent the order number a few times, sent photos showing the shoes were unused and the bank payment, and then communications stalled. Admittedly I was ready to give up, but after a couple more nudges — and a bit of sarcasm on my side — someone finally sent a proper return label and sorted the refund. Not smooth, not quick, but it got fixed in the end. Still, could do with clearer return instructions from the start.
The call that changed everything
order confirmed, boots arrived, boots didn’t fit, boots posted back. Then, out of nowhere, an email saying I’d returned a child’s T‑shirt and that I needed to pay £4 to have it sent back to me. That’s when the oddness started. I replied asking for proof, asked for the photo of the parcel and label — basic stuff — and they sent me a picture of a top and paperwork with another customer’s name and email. Not great, GDPR-wise, and not mine either. The return label in the picture was obviously mine stuck on brown paper covering a shoebox; you can even see the corner of the box in the shot. I pointed that out. I asked, politely, for someone to call me, three times actually, because the email replies felt like canned responses — no answers to simple questions. I left a voicemail on the number listed, nothing. I was, at that point, £76 out of pocket and annoyed but still trying to be reasonable. I went to Citizens Advice, explained the situation, and they suggested the next steps; that’s when I decided to push for escalation. The unexpected positive bit came after that: a manager phoned the next afternoon, admitted there’d been a mix up in returns processing, confirmed they found my shoebox in the warehouse and authorised a full refund. No fanfare, no grand apology, but the refund landed and the email followed with a short explanation and a promise to review their returns checks. So, in the end I got what I wanted — boots back with the refund — and I’m back to using the brand for everyday wear. The whole episode took longer than it should and the service was patchy, but once someone actually spoke to me it was sorted.
Nice feel, rubbish delivery
Late on Christmas Eve I was refreshing the tracking like a maniac, proper stressful. I first saw the item at a mate’s flat — it felt solid, nice weight and a smooth matte finish, which is why I ordered it and bothered to pay extra for express. Problem is, it never arrived. After a few emails they finally said the item was missing and offered a full refund, but there was no proper apology or any real explanation, just the refund. I asked for an apology and got a sloppy reply full of spelling mistakes, which made the whole thing feel amateur. Then silence — my follow-ups were ignored. I was left scrambling for another gift last minute, which sucked. So yeah, product looked promising when I handled it, but the customer service and delivery let it down. Not awful, but I wouldn’t rely on them.
Lost order
I ordered some shoes online and it was a total disaster! They completely lost my order. The tracking stopped ages ago and Tower London and Evri are not helping me at all. I don't usually write reviews but I am really disappointed with the lack of support. I can't even find a phone number to speak to someone about my order. I have sent emails but no one is replying to me. I can see from other reviews that I'm not the only one going through this. Tower London seriously needs to change their courier service.
Barbour chukka style boots
This is my second time buying from this company. I managed to get a great deal on some boots and also got an additional discount for signing up on their website. They delivered my order right on time, and their communication was spot on. I am really happy with the quality of the products they offer.
Shoes 👟
I recently got these amazing shoes from the shop and you won't believe how fast they arrived! I didn't have to wait long at all. On top of that, they were much cheaper than other websites, so that was a bonus. The shoes fit me perfectly and are really comfortable. I'm thrilled with my purchase!
Quick and efficient service with a discount
The delivery was super quick, got my order in a flash. Was pleasantly surprised by the discount, made buying even better. Overall, had a fantastic experience, will definitely be coming back for more!
Shoes
I bought a pair of shoes from this shop not too long ago and I have to say, I was really impressed with the service I got. The ordering process was really easy and straightforward, thanks to their user-friendly website and clear instructions. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and they helped me find the perfect pair of shoes. The prices were fair for the high-quality shoes I received, which were top-notch. The delivery was quick too, my order arrived on time. All in all, I'm really happy with my purchase and I'll definitely be coming back again.
Barbour boots
I was a bit unsure about buying my Barbour boots from this shop at first because of the amazing deal they were offering. But, after checking some reviews and doing a bit of research, I went for it. And I'm really happy that I did because my boots came earlier than I thought, which was a lovely surprise. The boots are top-notch quality, and I'm really chuffed with my buy. Ordering from this shop was super easy, and I wouldn't think twice about getting something from them again in the future. I'd definitely suggest them to anyone after some great footwear.
Two pairs of shoes at great prices
I bought two pairs of shoes from here recently and I have to say, I am really impressed. My order arrived quickly and the prices were amazing. I saved a lot compared to other shops and the quality of the shoes is excellent. I will definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Shoes for men
Despite how popular these shoes are, the experience I had with my recent purchase was quite disappointing. I placed my order online and it's been days now with no sign of it arriving. The tracking details haven't been updated for a while, which is really frustrating. What's even worse is that I've been trying to get in touch with customer service but haven't had any luck. They've told me I have to wait 10 working days before they can help, which just feels like they're not taking this seriously. It's really disappointing coming from a company that's supposed to be reputable.
