Hope my name should be in your data base as I am old customer of yours since 2014.
Recently you have delivered my order of Boot from Red Wing Shoes,Iron Range Amber Mens
Truly make is very good and seems durable too,color has no issue but this time delivery was late first time.
Also in rate cards of Boots in Sale is not found as helpful. TIMBERLAND Nubuck Leather I was selected but removed later from my order as discounted price is very near to original price .
Please need work on this area while offering any item in"Sale".

While the customer support at first was very polite, they are completely misleading. It cleary said online that the price includes shipping, fees and taxes. The customs tax were however not reimbursed as this was not included according to them. How can taxes and fees be included but custom taxes not? In the end, I paid for a shoe worth CHF 170 more than CHF 240. Would never ever order from them again and not recommend them to anyone!

Poor quality appalling service... no service at all!
Extremely unhappy with the quality of shoe and even more unhappy with the customer service.
I lived these shoes when I first bought them but within a matter of 5 wears the sole lining the sides of the shoe almost entirely peeled away from the shoe itself, I’ve never experienced this issue with converse before, after years of wear, leaving me to believe they must be counterfeit.
When I attempted to discuss a refund or a replacement in the instance of a faulty pair I heard nothing back. I have attempted contact 3 times since and have received nothing back, unbelievably they claim to respond within 24 hours!!
Poor quality appalling service... no service at all!
