Return policy issue
I had a bit of a bad experience with the return policy at this store recently. Even though I was definitely within the 30-day timeframe, the employees wouldn't refund my purchase. I thought they were being dishonest and unprofessional. Trying to be polite to avoid the problem just made me more annoyed. I was grateful for their quick replies to my emails, but that didn't make up for them not giving me a full refund like their policy says. In the end, I just felt frustrated and unhappy with the service I got.

I recently bought a necklace and was disappointed with the quality. The price I paid was higher than the quality I got. I should have read reviews before buying it. Also, I found out there's a £3 handling fee for refunds, which seemed unfair. I regret buying from this retailer and recommend others to be cautious.

The trainers from this site were a lot cheaper than other places I looked at, and they arrived just 4 days after I ordered them. Aleska in customer service was really helpful and quick to respond, giving me all the info I needed. I'll certainly be coming back to this site next time I want to buy something.

I was really shocked to see my insurance premium increase by 50%, especially as I haven't made any claims. When I called customer services to discuss it, they were completely clueless.

TRT journey
I've just started my TRT journey with this company and I've been at it for about 8 weeks now. It's definitely early days, but I'm already seeing some good changes. I've noticed my energy levels going up and a big drop in the anxiety I've been dealing with for ages. On top of that, my libido seems to be getting better, which has been worrying me lately. Overall, I'm pretty happy with how things are going so far.

Classical Spain May 2024
My holiday in Spain was absolutely fantastic! Our Tour Manager, Jude, was brilliant and made the trip so enjoyable. She looked after us really well and made sure we were all happy. The itinerary was full-on but we got to see some amazing sights. The hotel we stayed in was lovely and the staff were all really nice. The pool was definitely the highlight on our days off. Honestly, I would highly recommend booking this holiday, you'll have an awesome time!
