Grey sweatshirt
I ordered a grey sweatshirt online and it took ages to come. And when it eventually arrived, it was the wrong size! Trying to return it was a nightmare, I had to keep chasing them for my refund and they kept saying I had to wait 15 days. It was really frustrating! Eventually, I had to contact the supplier directly and they sorted it out immediately. The customer service was awful as well, they were so unhelpful. I definitely won't be shopping there again!

Halfway through first month of purchase
I've been using this product for about two weeks now, and I can honestly say that I've already seen some really great changes. My sleep has gotten better, I feel more focused, and my anxiety seems to be going down a bit. It's like this product is full of magic that's really making a difference in my day-to-day life.

Booking ferry tickets
I had to book some ferry tickets and it was a bit tricky at first with the passport situation, but I managed to work it out in the end. Overall, not a bad experience for booking things online.

Fabric purchase, delayed delivery, satisfied
I recently bought some fabric from this company, and to be honest, I was pretty happy with what I got. The only reason I didn't give it the full 5 stars was because it took ages to arrive. There were all sorts of hold-ups in the shipping, which was a bit annoying. But when it did eventually turn up, I was really impressed with the quality and the design.

Online ticket purchase
Buying tickets online was a nightmare. It was way too complicated, especially when it came to allocating the tickets. I had to download their app just to get my tickets, which was really annoying. And the app wanted to access my device, contact list, photos, and even my location - no way! I said no to all that, it felt like an invasion of privacy and totally unnecessary. The worst part was finding out the tickets wouldn't be available until the day before the event. Why leave it so last minute? What if there were technical problems and I couldn't sort them out in time? It was really stressful, I was worried I might lose my tickets, miss the event, and waste money on travel for nothing.

Switching to new network
I've been really let down by the new network. The customer service team doesn't seem to know what they're doing and couldn’t move my number over properly or fix any of my problems. And when I tried to complain, the complaints team didn't help at all. It was so annoying to be left without a working phone for days and to keep getting passed around to different people who couldn't do anything. My time with this network has been a total disaster.

Night Burn Extreme & Fat Burn Extreme
I recently bought Night Burn Extreme and Fat Burn Extreme from this company in the hope of starting my weight loss journey. Unfortunately, after taking one Night Burn Extreme tablet on the first night, I felt really unwell during the night and this continued into the next day. I am certain it was the tablet that caused this reaction. I contacted the company via email and left a review on their website, but I haven't heard back from them, and my review hasn't been published. It's a shame they haven't dealt with my concerns or acknowledged my experience. This is my second attempt at sharing my feedback, and I'm keen to see if this review will be recognised.
