Skirt and top order
I bought a skirt and top from an online shop not long ago, but when the package turned up, only the skirt was inside. I got in touch with customer services to tell them about the missing top, but their reply really surprised me. They said they had video proof of both items being packed, which I knew couldn't be true. The fact that they wouldn't take responsibility and were rude about it made me feel really annoyed and like they weren't listening to me. It's a shame to see a company treating their customers like that.

Scope purchase with incorrect mounts
I recently bought a scope from Dai Leisure and unfortunately, it arrived with the wrong mounts. I contacted the customer service team to sort it out, but the replacement mounts provided were also wrong. After another phone call, the third set of mounts sent were finally the correct ones. Throughout the whole ordeal, the staff didn't seem very sorry or understanding about my frustration with the situation. In the end, along with the correct mounts, I received some pellets, presumably as a gesture of goodwill, but a simple apology would have been enough. Dealing with incompetence is frustrating, but it's even worse when customer service doesn't try to make things right.

Wet and Wretched trip
I had a terrible time on the bus journey back. The drivers were so rude and inconsiderate, leaving us out in the pouring rain while they were nice and dry inside the bus. I won't be using this company again, that's for sure.

Armchair purchase.
