Black Friday purchase - CITI600 manual and a 120cm easy close soft box
Oh mate, you know what, I kind of went for it again and bought more stuff from Essential Photo. They had this amazing Black Friday deal going on by the hour and I just couldn't resist it. I bought a light and a soft box, both at a massive discount. I reckon my missus is gonna be proper angry when she sees all the boxes, but come on, who could turn down such a good deal, right? And their customer service is always spot on and their products never let me down. The delivery was quick and everything arrived on time. Now all I have to do is wait until Christmas to open them - it's like a little gift to myself from Santa! I'm buzzing to try them out, but the Mrs might give me some grief for making those sneaky purchases. Ah well, at least she'll have to be my model, so it's a win-win situation, I suppose.

Booking cancellation and compensation
I was really let down by the service from that company. They cancelled our booking right at the last minute and we had to rush to find somewhere else to stay. The places they offered us weren't anywhere near as good as what we had booked originally - a private house with a pool. Even though we're home owners and usually get a 20% discount, they didn't offer us any compensation for all the hassle the cancellation caused us.

Ski gear purchase
I recently bought some ski gear from your company, but I've been really let down by the customer service. It's been 2 weeks since I placed my order and I still haven't got any updates or received the stuff I bought. Every time I contacted your customer service team, they gave me a different excuse for the delay, from technical problems to a supposed hack of the system. This lack of communication and honesty is really unprofessional. I'm feeling frustrated and disappointed with the service I've been given.

Installation service
I just wanted to say that the installation service I received was absolutely fantastic. The technician who came to my home was really skilled, efficient, and polite. He not only got everything set up quickly, but he also took the time to explain it all to me and answer any questions I had. The follow-up after the installation to make sure everything was working properly was a nice touch and shows how much they care about making sure customers are happy. Honestly, I was really impressed with the service I got.

SIM card
This SIM card is fantastic! I can get a really good signal no matter where I am, even inside buildings. Making calls is so easy, and topping up is a piece of cake. Plus, it's super cheap - only one pence per minute!
