Recent order missing tracking information
I recently made an order with your company, and I must say I'm really disappointed with the lack of tracking details and poor communication. It's been a few weeks since I placed my order, but I still haven't got a tracking number or any updates on when it'll be delivered. I've tried emailing several times but haven't heard back, which has left me feeling ignored and frustrated. This kind of customer service is just not on, and it's really made this shopping experience a letdown for me.

I recently bought my third pair of shoes from this company and I have to say, they are the most comfortable boots I've ever had. I must say, buying blinds online was a total nightmare for me. It was so confusing with all these companies having such similar names. They even gave me tracking details so I could keep an eye on the van's location, which I thought was a nice touch. The delivery team, made up of two people, popped the sofa inside my house quickly and professionally. I'm over the moon with the service and couldn't be happier with the whole experience.
