Delayed order, unrecognizable tracking number
I recently purchased something from this online shop, and honestly, I'm really unhappy with the service. I ordered my item three weeks ago and it still hasn't arrived. The tracking number they gave me doesn't work at all, so I can't even follow where my order is. I've sent them loads of emails, but all I keep getting back are unhelpful replies with the same useless tracking number. It's been three days since the last message and I still don't have a solution. This customer service is just not good enough, and I'm so frustrated about it.
Big order but not all items arrived
I was really looking forward to all the cool stuff I ordered online, but when the delivery came, only some of it was there. I felt so disappointed. I reached out to them and asked about the missing items, and they explained there was a problem and gave me a refund. However, I'm still waiting for the rest of my order, and now they're not even responding to my messages. I'm starting to think I might have been scammed 😞
Recent order missing tracking information
I recently made an order with your company, and I must say I'm really disappointed with the lack of tracking details and poor communication. I've tried emailing several times but haven't heard back, which has left me feeling ignored and frustrated. This kind of customer service is just not on, and it's really made this shopping experience a letdown for me.
Activewear
I recently bought some activewear items from this website and was happy with what they had. But, I was a bit let down with the lack of communication after placing my order. I ordered in time for next day delivery and even paid for faster shipping, but I never got any tracking info. I tried to reach out to customer service but didn't get a response, which was quite annoying.
Order not received
I'm really not happy with how little I've heard back from customer service about my order placed on 28th May. I've sent loads of emails and left voicemails, but I haven't got any answers or even a simple acknowledgement of my concerns. And to top it off, no one even picks up the phone when I call, which just makes me even more frustrated. It's just not right to take payment and then leave me hanging without any update on my order. This kind of bad service is just not on and needs to be sorted out as soon as possible.
Recent customer experience
I had a great experience with a missing package issue that was sorted out quickly by Jasmine. I'm a regular customer and already like how easy it is to order, return items, and the great selection at this store. But I was really impressed by the amazing service I received this time. Jasmine went out of her way to find and deliver my package promptly. She was quick and kind in responding to all my questions, which made the whole process easy and stress-free. I'm really thankful for her help and would definitely recommend this store to others because of the top-notch customer service I received.
Activewear
I had a brilliant time shopping for activewear with this company. The customer support team was so helpful and kept me updated with lovely emails. The clothes I got were top-notch and just like they were described online. The delivery was really fast, which I didn't expect. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone after stylish and practical activewear.

I bought some really nice clothes - like hoodies and trainers - and I've been waiting ages for them to arrive. I've been trying to get hold of them by sending emails and making calls, but no one ever seems to answer. It's been a total nightmare! I definitely won't be shopping here again.
Excellent customer service, Georgia, refreshing experience
My shopping experience with this company has been absolutely fantastic. Georgia, the customer service representative, was amazing - she really went out of her way to help me with my purchase, which made everything easy and enjoyable. It's not often you find people in retail who are so dedicated and helpful, but Georgia was exceptional. I felt like a valued customer and really appreciated the effort she put in to make sure I was happy. I'll definitely be shopping with this company again, knowing I'll get great service.
EU4406 order delay
I bought something from this shop two weeks back thinking it would arrive promptly. But, as the days went by, I noticed my order hadn't even been sent out yet. I tried emailing and calling customer service but got no response. It seems they're more active on review sites than actually helping out customers. Eventually, my order got cancelled due to the long delay. It's a bit annoying, but I guess it's a good solution to the problem.
Sportswear
I recently bought some sportswear and I've been really let down by the customer service and delivery. I placed my order on May 16th and it's June 3rd now, but I haven't had any proper updates on where my order is. The only email I got back when I asked was a generic one from their Customer Service Manager, Jasmine, just saying my order was being processed. They didn't give me any tracking info and I didn't hear anything else after that. I tried sending another email but got no reply, and when I rang their customer service number, no one picked up - they just asked me to leave my details. I think this kind of customer service is unacceptable and I don't feel like I can rely on this business. When I order something, I expect better communication and to know what's going on. I'm really disappointed and won't be ordering from them again until they sort out their customer service and delivery.
First-time order
I was a bit unsure about buying from this website at first because of some bad reviews, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. I'm really glad I did because everything went really well from ordering to getting my stuff. They sent me a confirmation email right after I placed my order and then another one the next day to say it had been sent out with a tracking number. The delivery came just two days later, nice and quick. The things I bought were just like they said they'd be, really good quality. I'm super happy with how it all went and I'll definitely be coming back to shop here again.
Athleisure wear
I bought some athleisure wear online from a store. But, it didn't go well. The delivery didn't come, and they didn't tell me anything about what was happening. After I got in touch, they told me that the item was out of stock and that they were refunding me. I was disappointed I had to ask and they didn't let me know first.
Black leggings and a pink sports bra
I ordered a pair of black leggings and a pink sports bra back on May 25th, but I haven't received my tracking number or heard anything from them since! I'm finding it really annoying and frustrating. It feels like I've been conned. They took my cash, but I haven't seen my items. If they don't resolve this soon, I might have to reach out to someone in charge. I won't let this go, I'll take action!
EU to France order
I recently bought something from this online shop that was sold out everywhere else. I was a bit unsure at first because of some bad reviews on Trustpilot, but I took a chance. Luckily, it all worked out well. The item arrived quickly and in perfect condition. I placed my order on 24th May, it was sent out on the 27th, and I got it on 4th June, just like they said I would. The store kept me updated throughout the process with emails for my order, shipping, and delivery. All in all, it was a good shopping experience and I'd recommend this online store to anyone.
Trainers
I had a really terrible experience with this company. I really wish I had checked out the reviews before placing my order. The whole ordering process was a complete nightmare, and my order has been stuck on "unfulfilled" for days now. It's been impossible to get any help from customer support - the phone number they gave me is no good, and no one is responding to my emails. It honestly seems like a scam, and I'm kicking myself for trusting them with my purchase.
Fast delivery, great customer service
I have to admit, I was a bit unsure about ordering after seeing a few negative reviews, but I thought I'd give it a go anyway. Once I placed my order, I started to get a bit worried about when it would turn up. So, I decided to drop an email to customer service to share my concerns. Much to my surprise, Jasmine from customer service got back to me really quickly and put my mind at ease by letting me know that my order was on its way. Before I knew it, my parcel arrived just 5 days after I ordered it - the quality was amazing and exactly as described. It's funny how there always seems to be more negative reviews than positive ones, but my experience with this company was great. Big thanks and I'll definitely be ordering from them again!
Next day delivery order not received
I ordered something with next-day delivery but it didn't arrive on time. I've been trying to get in touch with customer services a few times now, but they haven't gotten back to me. It's really frustrating to see that this is a recurring problem, according to other reviews. I'd recommend to anyone else thinking of shopping here to steer clear and find somewhere else to avoid any hassle or worry.
Varley joggers order
I ordered some Varley joggers on May 29th and I still haven't received them. I've tried calling, sending messages, and emails, but no one has got back to me. It's really frustrating not knowing what's going on or when I'll get my order. I don't mind waiting if there's a good reason, but it's hard not having any information. The service is definitely not good, which probably explains why they're so overwhelmed with complaints.

I recently had a bit of a letdown with this company when I sent back my order #221807. The tracking info showed that they got my order at their warehouse on 7th May and their customer service said they got it too. They promised to sort out the refund in 5 working days but it ended up taking way longer and I didn't get any updates. I sent loads of emails to check in, but didn't hear back from anyone. Their lack of communication and slow refund process left me feeling really frustrated and disappointed with the service overall. Sadly, this experience has made me think twice about ordering from them again and I wouldn't be quick to recommend them to others.
